The apartment was local and convenient. But there were a few issues. It’s well used. Signs or wear everywhere you look. Flaky paint everywhere. Skirting boards coming away. wardrobe doors don’t close. Door handles loose to the point the come off when closing the bedroom door. Sofa was damaged were one arm was damaged. Balcony seats were cracked.
