This is an affordable stay and if you are on a budger but still able to enjoy all that paris has to offer within walkable or quick uber distance...laundry and market on the same street was very convenient and helpful staff.

Firstly let me say that the staff on reception were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately this hotel is in need of a freshen up. We arrived for a one night stay in late June with temptetures around 26C There is no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. We were provided with a fan, that tbh wouldn't pass a UK safety check. However we had no option to use it to make the room bareable. The bathroom again is dated with a concertina type shower door and seperate hot and cold taps. We paid for breakfast which was adequate, however limited in choice with small portions. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Good hotel on a budget

Very good value for a hotel situated in the heart of Paris. The room was clean and could be updated but everything worked. They could invest some money in upgrading the look as the curtains, towels, bed linen etc were old. However, everything was perfectly clean. The staff were friendly. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. As you would expect in the middle of a city, there is some noise from the street, so you may want to bring earplugs. For the price, excellent value. In summary, not the best hotel, but a good hotel on a budget.

The location of the property was great. The area is lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. The accomodation was small and not suitable for 3 people/ you could barely fit in the shower/ it was very misrepresented in the booking app. The room appeared dirty. It is not a 3 star- it barely skims a 2 star- it was the last hotel of a 5 week stay and it was the worse- I stayed in 2 star hotels which were bigger, better and cleaner. There were other 3 star hotels on the same street and even the entrances looked better, and they were cheaper. The front of the hotel looked old and dilapidated. So very disappointed.

What I liked was there were quite a few pastry shops within walking distance of the hotel. What I didn't like: -The shower was smaller than the shower found on a most cruise ships. -No Air-conditioning. My fault for assuming. However we were left with a fan that didn't work. Hotel manager told my wife to open the window and he will pick up another one tomorrow. -We had to keep the window open for the 3 days there. Between the lady screaming last night and police cars driving by with sirens on sleep was not possible.

During this week, I booked especially a room with large bed, because during the film festival, I had planned to have a friend joigning me in Paris from Normady and stay Saturday night, so we could have late films. And another friend on Wednesday night, for theater. Beside these friends, I also invited over 1 sex friend I knew in Paris, for a moment, not for the night. The man in the reception was REPEATEDLY OUTMOST UNFRIENDLY, making comments "If 2 people room is booked for 1 person, even if you pay city tax, you cannot take in your room another person not registered on day 1. And even less 2 different people. He even FORBID acces to my sex friend.". Is this place a convent? This receptionnist should be replaced. He worked e.g. on Thursday 14th DEC, at 07h00.

スタッフの方は皆んな親切でフレンドリーで素敵な方々でした。オペラ9区のホテルにしては部屋もエレベーターも広かったです。部屋の設備が悪く、ポットと冷蔵庫はありません。浴槽はありますが石鹸は混合のもの1種類しかありません。洗面台にコップが２つあるのみです。アメニティーはゼロです。タオルとドライヤー、冷暖房機の完備はありました。

No AC, extremely small room, dark room, light flicking, had to go downstairs to report since the phone in room had no information on how to call, the guy came and replaced some bulbs but the big light continue flicking. Smelled dirty, not in good area. I do not recommend this hotel !!

A totally OK hotel for the price. The check-in was good and the service was good. The hotel and room is showing signs of age and wear, but for the low price it's acceptable. The room is cleaned every day. The safe didn't work (no power). We didn't spend much time in the room, as we mostly explored Paris. The nearby neighborhood also has plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes to enjoy. We would have no problem staying here again.

Ett litet ställe i Paris

Ett utmärkt litet hotell om man inte vill betala så mycket. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Massor av små krogar runt ikring. Dessutom finns det flera mataffärer bredvid, varav en som är söndagsöppen. Små rum men ändamålsenliga. I Paris så tillbringar man sällan mycket tid på hotellrummet så därför viker jag att detta var ett utmärkt val. Kommer att boka här igen.
