We stayed on the 5th floor and the balcony was amazing. We didn’t knew we had. The bad and the decoration… Everything was good but there is not a kitchen, just so you know. Plus, some people said the street is dangerous, we didn’t have any problem but this information might be true.

Comfortable room, close to the Hauptbahnhof.

Great location - close to the Hauptbahnhof. Great room, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that this is supposedly a non smoking hotel, but my room smelled like cigarettes. I understand the hotel has little control when guests break the rules, but perhaps a deeper clean could have been done.

Very unsafe street! Avoid at all cost!

Very unsafe street! Everyone knows that Frankfurt HBF isn’t the safest area. However, this Hotel is in the worst street possible. Dark corners and dozens of homeless people hang out there. I felt extremely unsafe at 10PM at night even. I‘d definitely avoid this hotel and book a safer one in the Europa-Allee!

Area is not safe too noisy. People yelling for the whole night on the street. Sink tap was loose. Shower tb was not draining and filled with water. Staff customer service was bad. Booked for 3, there was no linen or comforter for 3rd person.

The house keeping staff hadn't done a through job, hairs on the floor still found when we returned each night. There weren't exhaust fan in the bathroom and smell remain long inside the bathroom after used . There were often some weird people hanging outside the hotel. outside the hotel; creating uncomfortable feeling as all of us are females.

Nice hotel, bad area

The hotel is nice, and staff was pleasant. Rooms were good, though bathrooms were pretty dated and have a high step-over into tub to take a shower. Most rooms (we had 3 for our group) were quite spacious. Quality of air conditioning varied by room, but 2 of our 3 rooms never fully cooled off in ~30*C outdoor temps. There is a nice breakfast offering included, too. The area, while convenient to the train station, felt far from safe, and there isn't much immediately available. While distances could be easily walkable to the more central area of the city, this is not something I would recommend. Fortunately there is a tram stop within a half-block of the hotel, but even that short distance felt incredibly sketchy to get through each time.
