I stayed here for one night extended my work trip. This location was very reasonable on price. I felt very safe at this facility and did not experiance any issues. They have storage lockers to store all your belongings. The upstairs lounge was very nice with a great view of the Toyko tower. I was able to sit up their and have a beer while completing some work. Would highly recommend.

Good location, has access to Yamanote line and that’s very convenient. You’ll find some good places around like 7/11, Lawson, McDonalds and Tully’s. Also nearest train station is just 2-3 blocks away from capsule hotel. Very clean and quiet and has awesome views of Tokyo Tower, highly recommended!

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the JR's Hamamatsucho Station (North Exit). The staff members were friendly and courteous, and check in was easy. It was quite quiet inside the hotel, and the bathroom and shower areas were very clean with good quality amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, etc,). The locker to stow a suitcase is a bit small, but there is an area in the lobby to stow larger suitcases free of charge. Overall, it was a very nice experience at a great price!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but considering there a lots of international tourists, there was some language Barrier when trying to communicate with them. The only other major flaw was that there’s only 1 elevator for 10 floors. But overall it was a great experience.

The hotel is within a 5 mins walk from JR Hamamatsucho and the subway Daimon station. Very convenient. However, the hotel expects all guests to leave from 10 AM to 2 PM for cleaning; yet, the locker area is usually not clean despite the strict regulations with guests' trash being left all over the place. If you would like guests to leave the area, then at least you should do a properly job to clean up the area.

Mold in showers and just dirty

This place was dirty. The showers had severe mold issues, which I immediately could smell, see and feel in my throat. I skipped taking a shower here, because of sensitivity towards this mold. The floors were dirty with stains and toilets at the pod floor were not worth a visit. The pod itself seemed clean. I have stayed at nine hour Shinjuku. And I really like it and it was clean. The location is good for your last night of Tokyo flying out of Haneda as their is a direct train where you can use you JR pass.
