The location is the GOOD part: walking distance from several restaurants, bars, and a shopping center. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, it smelled very musty in the room every time we entered it. As a result most of the time we would leave the window open.

We came for a night to watch AC Milan and stayed here. Receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and gave us our room 2 hours before official check-in. Hotel and room were clean and tidy, shower and toilet were immaculate, the former worked well also. Very convenient for travelling as it was a few mins walk away from the metro line. Would definitely stay again if I visited Milan or went to the San Siro again

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Great location with easy access anywhere, the staff I interacted with were nice, room was tiny but that was expected and since I was alone this did not matter. Comfortable bed, great shower, clean and pretty modern/new. My only complaint is the room has too many of those tiny lights everywhere (fire alarm, smoke detector (blinking) TV, room card slot (bright green or red light that lit up the entire room), so the room is not completely dark at night, for those that are bothered by it (like me) this was annoying, also the A/C, if one has it set to a low temperature, it kicks in every few minutes, which woke me up several times. But I’d stay here again!

Room layout was the weirdest. Shower was separate from toilet and had a curtain in front of it which was so uncomfortable. No Parking on the premises. I had to drive around few blocks for an overnight parking which wasn't cheap either. For the nightly rate i paid, i think its not worth for this type of accommodation, i would recommended a different place.

6 minutes walk to the metro that takes you towards duomo. 15 mins walk to the Centre. Room was so small & dark. As soon as we walked in it was super warm and it had a very interesting smell which did not smell good at all. Bathroom was small and it had rust all over the tiles. Bed was big but it was not comfortable, only gave us 2 pillows which were comfortable and it was flat. Housekeeper didn’t even take our trash when they came in.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I arrived 2am and they sold my room to someone else after informing them I would be checking in then. Moved us to their other hotel which was in a homeless area and very unsafe, moved back the next day to HEART and asked for the air conditioning to be turned on the staff advertised it doesn’t get turned on until the summer? False advertising and booked because it was warm weather and needed AC. Hotel refused a partial refund and Expedia did nothing to help after contacting them numerous times. Really bad experience!! Hotel was dirty and needed a good clean

Hotel bom, tudo novinho. Localização é boa, todavia um pouco longe dos pontos turísticos principais. Mas adoro esse bairro.. se já conhece Milão, é uma ótima opção para estadia perto de bons restaurantes e lojas. Quartos novos porém poderiam disponibilizar mais coisas como chaleira elétrica, café etc. isso faz falta.

Nous avons quitter l’hôtel en pleine nuit pour aller dans un autre hôtel qui se trouve à 200m, car impossible de rester dans une chambre aussi sale. Les oreillers sont complément degeulasse / les draps sont sale / le matelas couvert de traces d’urine en dessous du draps. Il y avait encore des cheveux par terre. Ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, l’hygiène est quand même là base. Sincèrement si vous ne voulez pas attraper la gale, fuyez ne resservez jamais dans cet hôtel.
