The ceiling light in one of the bedrooms was not working and one of the night table lights was out as well. The restaurant/bar was closed and there was only one other guest in the entire hotel. The breakfast was good.

Die Zimmer sind klein, schlicht und einfach, aber sauber. Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht; es gab auch kein warmes Wasser zum Waschen und Duschen. Der Fernseher funktionierte ebebefalls nicht und beim Frühstück funktionierte die Kaffemaschine nur teilweise und es gab keine Kaltgetränke. Wir fahren nie wieder hin! Gott sei Dank war das Personal, nur eine Person für Küche und Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war in gutem Zustand und der Zimmerservice erfüllte die Erwartungen. Allerdings war das Frühstück enttäuschend, mit begrenzter Auswahl und mittelmäßiger Qualität. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen problematisch, da der Mitarbeiter Schwierigkeiten hatte, eine Rechnung auszustellen, da der Chef nicht verfügbar war. Das Restaurant wirkte veraltet und nicht gut instand gehalten.

Die Hygene war eine Katastrophe, Müll auf dem Zimmer von einem Vormieter, nur 1 Glas für die Zahnpflege, ein Stuhl für ein DZ. Kein Zimmerservice die Betten wurden nicht gemacht, sowie keine Reinigung im Badezimmer. Ich hatte 3 Übernachtungen gebucht, bin nach 2ÜN ausgescheckt. Trotz meiner Rüge des Mülls auf den Zimmer, lag der Müll am 2.Tag immer noch da. So etwas habe ich, noch nie erlebt. Mein Rechtsanwalt wird die Sache übernehmen.

Katastrophal

Frühstücksqualität gruselig, Vögel fliegen im Frühstückssaal und bedienen sich am Buffet, Tische nicht abgeräumt. Sauberkeit mehr als bedenklich. Zimmer in n3 Tagen niemals gemacht, Abfalleimer musste reklamiert werden, Zimmer schlecht gereinigt, Flure schmutzig. Selten ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar, der Verantwortliche und oder Chef nur per Handy "anwesend"

Bei Ankunft bekamen wir den Türcode aufs Handy.Räder konnten im Flur abgestellt werden. Durchsichtiger Türstopper im Laminat war eine Zumutung. Kein Fön vorhanden 😡(nimmt man nicht zur Tour mit). Frühstück war einfach(noch nicht einmal Tisch eingedeckt) mit wenig Wurst und Käse. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte gründlicher sein könne

Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, der Zimmerschlüssel wurde von einer Corona-Teststation gegen Vorkasse ausgehändigt. Das Hotel machte eher den Eindruck eines Hostels aus den 90er Jahren, lediglich das Bad war neu. Die größte Katastrophe war allerdings das Frühstück. Wurst und Käse waren grau und trocken, die lagen bestimmt nicht das erste Mal auf dem Buffet. Von den zwei in Tetrapacks abgestellten Milchpackungen war eine sauer. Frische Produkte waren nicht zu finden. Für einen Preis von fast 100 Euro war das Hotel eine Zumutung.

While the boss is away, the workers slack off.

The manager was away but reachable by phone. Check in was confusing. While the manager was away, the cleaning crew did not do a good job. If the manager were on site, I think it would have been a better experience. He was very nice and concerned about our stay. The brrakfast was good.

geht so...

Obwohl auf der Bestätigung Check in 12-22 Uhr stand, meinte man um 15 Uhr,dass es normalerweise noch nicht möglich sein einen check in vorzunehmen! Habe trotzdem mein Schlüssel erhalten und sollte dann um 18 Uhr nochmal runter kommen um zu bezahlen...

Geht überhaupt nicht

Angestellte ging ohne Schutzmaske im Frühstücksraum herum. Wurst Käse Brötchen usw. würden komplett leer geräumt um einer nicht Anwesenden Gruppe " Lunchpakete" zu machen. Pech es wurde auch nichts aufgefüllt. Es war das schlechteste Frühstück, und dazu gehörige, zuständige??Personal, welches ich bisher erleben müsste. Bitte weiter fahren, an diesem Ort ist man als Gast unerwünscht.
