The hotel is pleasant and a good option for traveling with kids. Plenty of activities and entertainment options. The food is tasty and varied. Do not plan on booking connecting rooms, as according to the receptionist, they do not have many of these.

What a super hotel, everyone and everything was perfect, we got a free upgrade to the adult only part of the hotel, which was just perfect for what we needed, ( do nothing ! ). Hats off to everyone, keep up the good work, if I had to say something could be better, I would say the chill out part of the Spa could be improved and maybe a bit more private, but I’m nit picking here

Nice hotel for the family vacation

We were there in October'15 with a 4 year kid. We love that place very much. There is beach near the hotel, where you can feel all the beauty of the sea. Hotel's pool is very big, it consists of several parts, also there is a pool for kids. Restaurants are awesome. Food is very tasty and various. Bars are working from dusk till dawn. The bar menu is also very various and beverages are quite good. For the kids there are several clubs that can entartain your child while you are relaxing in the bar, or at the pool, and so on.

Lovely Hotel

I was dubious about trying all inclusive as never tried before but this hotel was great. Plenty of drinks mostly branded and cocktails included. Food was varied and tasty in the buffet restaurant although the burgers in the rock and roll diner were very bland. I did have an incident in the Pan Asian restaurant where I found what I thought was a piece of glass in my food! They assured me it was plastic....which didn't make me feel much better! However, this could happen anywhere and they dealt with it really well sending us a bottle of champagne and some desserts as an apology. We went with our 3 year old and there was a lot of entertainment and features in the pools to keep him occupied. The location close to the beach with water sports was great too.
