Bare Minimum Hotel

The hotel's convenient location near the train station is its biggest advantage. However, the rooms are quite basic with bare amenities. The carpet was dirty and stained, which was a bit off-putting. There's only one power outlet in the room, which might be a challenge for some guests. The toilet lacked essentials like toiletries and bathroom slippers. Only a 3-in-1 shampoo, shower gel and hand soap for guests. Breakfast was simple and unremarkable. While the hotel's location makes it easy to get around, the room's condition and limited amenities might not make it the best value for the price. Overall, it's a decent option for a short stay, but not ideal for those seeking more comfort and luxury.

Poor service, the staff showed very bad attitude to customers, with no smile and no patience at all. Can’t believe it was rated as 4 stars hotel. However the hotel itself was pretty nice and the location was very convenient for travelers, but a bit noisy around. I would not recommend this place.

Property is located right across the street from the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included. Everything is old. needs update. You cant even sit straight on the toilet. Shelf in the way. Doorknob on closet fell off. Only provided one pillow per person. Didnt give us bath towels one night. Didnt answer phone . Had to go downstairs to speak to reception.

What I like about this hotel it's located directly across the street from Venezia Maestre train station. It's 2 stops before Venezia Sta Lucia which is Grand Canal. What I learned in this visit you can actually take Bus 2 located across the street to get to Sta Lucia and from there you can take the ferry to get to St. Mark's Square. The room is clean good size what I don't like breakfast is not included. I think the location is ok but not really a place to walk around. Most people want to visit Sta. Lucia and St. Mark's Square but getting to both places is not bad.
