Ok stay, rooms need maintenance

Nice check in with free cookie and water, rooms were a bit worn out, first room bathroom tub was gross/rusty/stained and mini fridge was missing completely. Asked to move rooms, and was able to luckily, next room was nicer but the carpet was worn out/ tore up by door. And the ppl next door were very loud and partying all night til about 5am. Overall noisy and worn down didn’t feel like a Marriott affiliation to be honest

Just what we needed!

The hotel was slightly dated but not in a way that deterred the trip. It wss very clean, comfortable, and the staff was incredible. After dinner we came back to the lobby bar to converse with our friends. The environment was perfect. Didn't feel like a "bar" but more like the charming family room environment. Everyone was friendly. Its not close to much aside from a Mexican restaurant, but delivery services are available.

Everything was great with my hotel stay. I only wish there was a microwave in the room for what they are charging for the room rate. It is an inconvenience to walk down the hall to use a community microwave across from the ice machine.

Our family stayed one night. The pool needed to be swept there was a lot of hair and other debris. But most disappointing is breakfast was not included! I ran down to get 2 bagels for my sons and was charged $10! Otherwise it was a nice place and staff was pleasant.

It was beautiful but SO LOUD! I couldn’t sleep at all. Sound proofing would go a long way. I heard toilets flushing, all people in the hallway, and the elevator (which was 5 doors down). I go on vacation to catch up on sleep from kids, and this was very frustrating.

Think Twice before Staying Here.

Rooms were nice, closet space is TERRIBLE! Can’t close closet doors without hitting hangers with clothes on them??????In first room, entire closet clothes rack fell completely down with just five hangers of pants and shirts. No maintenance available, so we had to repack and move to another room and then unpack again? In second room several items were loose, like towel rack, shower head, and deadbolt latch? Looks like a rushed incomplete job on renovation?? Don’t think I stay there again? Wasn’t horrible, but too many little issues that should have already been addressed!

My room was covered with sugar ants. I went to the front desk to complain and was told it’s a normal thing and someone would come spray the room. When I got in later that evening the ants were worse than before.

When we were checking in the desk clerk answered the phone as he was checking us in. I felt like I was disturbing him. There was no Amazon app for the streaming services. I pick Marriott specifically for their streaming TV apps. At 2 am a group of people went up the elevator to their rooms and we were right next to the elevator. The elevator dinging woke us up. Then these people proceeded to yell good night to each other. Probably the worst experience ever at any hotel. I won't be back to this location again.
