The service was great. The building is in a fantastic location. The building itself and the appliances are a little beat up/old, but everything was clean and orderly. The room was cleaned once a day and everything reorganized.

The hotel is dirty. The room is dusty. I could see some bugs flying around. The staff upgraded me to a larger room, but the room is still dirty. Cosidering the price of the room, I don't recommend anyone to choose this hotel.

dirty and expensive, no elevator

sadly one of the dirty and falling apart places, the staff are great and very helpful and kind, but other than that, no elevator and it needs a lot of cleaning. the area also is dirty, just in front you can see rats, lizzards and cockroaches at night

overall is pretty good

Location is the best thing that I like. The hotel is close to subway NE4 from Exit A and surrounded by food and souvenir just like 3 in one place. room is tiny when you open the door and first thing that you see yeahh !!! that is our bed and small bathroom ..... what I really don't like is "Hair dryer" have to asking from the receptionist and when you finish using it you have to bring it right back to receptionist too [ i've asked the receptionist : Can i give it back to you tomorrow before I go out ? The receptionist said "No" can't wait for next morning because maybe others guests want to use it too. ] It's feel like you clean , fresh and ready to sleep BUT you have to walk down and bring it back immediately after finished using it.

The Inn was surprising, The room was much smaller than we expected, for example only one of us could put a case on the bed to get things out as there was no storage. The bathroom is tiny barely room to use the toilet plus the shower was broken so had to be held. Also there is no lift so carrying large cases in very humid temperatures could be a challenge for some people, may be better to request a lower floor if you have any sort of mobility issues The Inn is ver traditional and in a super area, for what we paid it was ok but the room was nothing to write home about. The staff on reception were great and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of Chinatown which was fascinating and busy, the noise did not bother us at but again be mindful if you want something quieter. Would I recommend, I have been honest from my perspective, it’s more about personal preference. Would I stay again, I am not sure as I think I would like something a bit more modern with breakfast. However having said this I wouldn’t change the time I had there.

the mrt goes from the airport to within 3 mins of the hotel. No noise the train is underground. I found the staff helpful and friendly I lost my key card but no big deal it was replaced without a fuss for a small fee. The big thing is there is NO LIFT not a problem for me it's a very wide large staircase as you would see in a big old house and you carry your own cases. I requested a room on the 3rd (top floor) with a window (fixed shut ) and double bed and that's what I received. The room isn't enormous But I found it fine space both sides of the bed which was clean and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned once a day by a very nice lady. Bathroom, hot and cold water good pressure and always hot everything was catered for. Noise levels outside the hotel were fine it's in a Chinatown st with restaurants and shops but they all close at a reasonable time and I had no problem. The room has a fridge so if you want to buy food from the mall at the end of the st it's ideal. Tea coffee are provided with a clean kettle. Lots of shops restaurants markets shops as you step out the door. The mrt station is 3 mins away and will take you to anywhere in no time at all. A train about every 5 mins and they are fast and very cheap. ( you can reuse your ticket and get a small discount).a train will drop you under the sands hotel and you can walk to Singapore flyer from their And the gardens. Stayed May 2016, travelled solo

MRTのチャイナタウンから徒歩数分とにかく『地の利』が素晴らしく、観光に買い物にとても便利なホテルです。ホテルのスタッフさん達は、とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。次回も使いたいと思います。

Bad hotel i ever staied in

Try to avoid this hotel! We booked for five nights, and right at the entrance there was a terrible smell of mold. The smell was even worse in the hallway and in the rooms. We asked to change rooms because the air conditioner wasn't working and the bathroom was unusable because of a narrow gap between the toilet and the shower partition. The room we were given also had a terrible smell of mold. There was no hot water, the manager said we had to wait for the electricity to heat it up. There was mold in the shower, the safe didn't work properly, the TV didn't work, we had the receptionist fix it. The shower partition was broken and the electric kettle didn't work (at this point we had given up on them). Apart from the proximity to the MRT and the smiling staff, everything was bad. We left after two days instead of five. Of course, the hotel manager's poor service mentality didn't include the option of apologizing or offering a refund for the nights we didn't use. We "donated" 280 US dollars so they could continue to "serve" others with poor service. Don't fall into the trap!

Inn Temple arvostelu

Ihana vanha talo. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.Mukava ympäristö viipyä parin päivän lomalla. Olen paljon matkustellut Aasiassa ja nähnyt paljon. Se ihmetyttää ,sängyssä oli aivan liian lyhyt alus lakana enpä ole ennen kokenut.Melkein metriin liian lyhyt. Eikä kyllä ilon aihetta muissakaan lakanoissa.

I have been using Hotels.com for years. This was the worst one I’ve ever been in a black mold on the walls and around the fan and around the bathtub area was terrible. When you turned on the sink, the water didn’t run down the drain. it ran out on the floor and then to floor Drain. They gave you one small sheet and the blanket was so bad with the mildew smell. You couldn’t even use it. You also had to climb through stairs to get to the room.

Nice little hotel. Close to MRT and right in the middle of the heart of Cinatown. Rooms large enough and clean. I enjoyed my stay and and can really recommend the hotel.

チャイナタウンの中にあり、観光、食事にはとても便利。MRT の駅も徒歩数分。スコールに降られても、店の軒先の屋根伝いでほとんど傘をささずに辿りつけます（大通り沿いにテンプルストリートまで歩いて、通りを下る。1箇所だけ路地を渡るのに傘が必要）。部屋はアンティークで風情があります。2階ですがエレベーターはありません。
