The staff who checked me in put me in a different type of room than what I made the reservation for. Upon check I compalined to that same staff about the roommate who kept having his alarm on without consideration to others but again he did not follow up with that when I asked him later. Feels like a luxury hostel

Combo Torino is a beautifully designed hostel in an ideal location—just steps from the Royal Palace, the open-air market, and Mercato Centrale Torino (great place to eat!). It’s also well-connected by public transit and easy to reach from the main train station. There are great restaurants near-by as well as grocery stores. The hostel has a stylish, modern design and thoughtful layout. I stayed in a 4-person room that had two bathrooms—one with a toilet, shower, and sink, and another with a shower and sink, which felt like a luxury in a hostel setting. The beds offered great privacy, and everything was spotless, including the shared bathroom areas. It’s not a party hostel, but there’s a great communal area next to a restaurant/co-working space, creating a refined, mature atmosphere that feels more like a hotel than a traditional hostel. I would highly recommend Combo Torino and would absolutely stay again.

Breakfast was a waste of money. I accidentally prebooked the breakfast and the hostel refused to refund this fee because I got a non refundable room. I arrived 2 hours early and they charge like 5-8 euro for baggage storage. This is a place that's here to make money rather than cater to their guests.

Best place to stay in Turin

Was an excellent place to stay. I had a small dorm for 5 women. There were 2 bathrooms with great showers. The bunks are super private and comfortable. Combo is really central, Turin is easily walkable, but there is also public transport to everywhere on the doorstep. The fabulous central market is right next door and there are food stands in the evening for great food. I had 1 meal at the Combo restaurant which was also very good. I go to Turin a lot and Combo, Turin will always be my first choice from now on.

Gran ubicación y confort pero mal servicio

Lo mejor del hotel es la cercanía a todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad. La habitación era amplia y cómoda con una luminosidad y confort bastante bueno pero los servicios de habitación son bastante malos, no nos hicieron bien la cama ningún día, es que ni tocaron las almohadas y uno de los días ni tocaron la cama pero si cambiaron la alfombra del baño… No entendí nada del proceso “Servicio de habitación” porque realmente es inexistente. El último día dejamos el equipaje unas horas para poder aprovechar el día y son 5€ por este “servicio”
