What a gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the hotel is well located between the old town and the beach. The room was beautifully clean and the bed really comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the front desk, all were so ready to assist.

Perfect location

The hotel is in a prime location not far from the train station. After just a few minutes walk the shops, restaurants, cafes and beach are all available. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, the staff are wonderful and they are so helpful if any problems arise. The breakfast choice is excellent and well presented. I highly recommend Hotel le Sud after staying there many times over the years.

Excellent Stay in J Lea P

Excellent little hotel very convenient for train station, bars and restaurants. Quiet location with minimal noise from building works nearby. Looks like the major work they were doing on flats nearby is complete so any disturbance should be minimal. Secluded pool and sunbathing area is a real bonus. It is very sheltered and is a real sun trap. Staff were very pleasant during our four night stay and if in J les P again then we will definitely stay here again.

Thank you Hôtel Le sud for the best stay! This was our first visit and definitely won’t be the last. Every single staff member was overly friendly and so so lovely, they couldn’t do enough. They have us recommendations for the local area, the room was lovely and location just perfect. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a personalised mug! Thank you so so much, we can not wait to come back!

I felt that it was a pretty good location close to the beaches in Juan Les Pins. And check in itself was fine, but there is no place for parking the car while checking in if the one little spot in front of the hotel on the narrow one lane one way street is already taken, which means you’ll have to wait your turn and hold up the traffic behind you. Additionally, the parking garage that is contracted with the hotel is a 6 min walk away and the entrance and exit to the garage is not so obvious unless you take some time to find it. I think the experience at the hotel can be streamlined more for the guests.

Déçus :( Nous avons été très déçus de l’hôtel, le compte Instagram reflétant « l’instagramable » et non le reste. A part la décoration intérieur qui est très jolie et le petit dej qui était très bien, nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue au premier étage, et nous avons entendu toute la nuit: le vent qui siffle dans la fenetre, les motos, les trains jusqu’à 22-23h car l’hôtel est juste derrière la gare, les poubelles à 5h et les travaux d’en face a partir de 7h. Je n’ai pas pour habitude de laisser de mauvais commentaire mais vraiment nous espérions beaucoup mieux. L’hôtel n’étant pas plein a cette période, la moindre des attentions seraient de privilégier une chambre côté cour. Bref je ne recommande pas.
