Friendly Staff. Subpar Room.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful! The room was much less impressive in person than the photos on the website. Fixtures were dangling from the well, the microwave did not work, there were stains all over the carpet/walls, and there was no desk for me to eat/work on like shown in the pictures. It smelled like smoke and my key took 5+ tries for it to work every time I entered my room.

This hotel has horrible accommodations. Firstly, if you check in after a certain time, there is no one at the front desk to assist you. You can’t get anyone on the phone if they do they don’t know what’s going on and I was double booked meaning I had a reservation, but somebody else was on my entire reservation so I couldn’t get a room I had to purchase an entire entirely different room

We as a family did not enjoy this hotel. I guess i was expecting a bit more from an Extended Stay. We had a room that slept 6, stove had rust spots on top, the fridge was old and dirty. They did not offer breakfast, not even coffee! The room smelled of old smoke and the windows were so dirty you couldnt see the outside. No exaggeration. The only 1 positive was the bed. It was comfortable. The floor was so dirty we had to wear our socks and then threw them away they were so black. We were contemplating going to another hotel but couldnt find a room available in the area. I felt bad for the housekeeping lady who had to check check us and 2 other ppl in since they close the check in area after a certain time and housekeeping has to check you in. It was just not a good experience at all for us.

This is the worst place to stay. There was unclean room and torn blankets and cracked walls across in the bathroom. We asked front desk to clean the room 2 times but they are not hearing our concern and all in the vain. Try to stay better place if you’re staying with family.

Dissatisfied!!

First off, when we walked into the lobby there was a horrible smell which carried all the way to the room. The room was extremely filthy and we didn’t even want to step on the carpet bc it looked horrible. There was hair in the bathroom sink and the tub had ground in dirt. The sheets were very dingy and the couch was beyond filthy. I felt so dirty just standing in the room. I would feel horrible charging someone to stay in a room like that. We requested a refund. The worst experience by far!
