The only thing i thought could be improved is the towel change, i thought it unnecessary to change all the towels after one night better for the environment if you say to people put on floor if you want changing

Fantastic hotel

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location in the city centre next to St Peter's Square tram stop. It's busy outside but the hotel is an oasis of calm tranquility once you step inside.
