Mycket trevligt hotell. Fint och bra utrustat gym med till exempel hantlar upp til 20 kg. SPA ingår och var väldigt mysigt och familjevänligt. Hotellet ligger nära Sopots vackra strand.

Bare helt greit, reagerer på at nesten alle ansatte på hotellet var lite serviceinnstilt og overhodet ikke smilte eller hilset på oss, det så ut som de var i en begravelse. Påfallende og meget spesiell opplevelse.

Receptionen upplyser inte om vad som gäller ang städning av rummen! Vad gäller frukosten finns det många förbättringsmöjligheter såväl vad gäller mat och personal. Baren och serveringen där, utmärkt. Levande musiken i baren skall man nog se över, såväl vad gäller högtalare som musik.

Meget hyggelig og rolig hotell. Fint spa, nærme stranden og ikke for langt fra hovedgaten. Frokostbuffeten var ikke noe å skryte av så ville anbefalt å finne seg frokost på en restaurant i nærheten istedenfor 😊

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble à 2 exceptions près qui font perdre une étoile à ma note: - le ménage n'est pas fait dans la chambre pendant toute la durée du séjour sauf sur demande à faire auprès de la réception. Certes c'est expliqué à l'enregistrement mais cela reste surprenant. - la qualité de la literie est juste moyenne. Pour le reste rien à redire, tout est excellent avec une mention spéciale pour la jeune femme à la réception extrêmement compétente et agréable.

Bardzo podobal mi sie wysoki standard hotelu obsluga hotelowa jest odpowiednio przeszkolona,nastawiona na klienta i jego potrzeby Korzystalismy ze strefy Spa, masaze zabiegi wszystko bylo super ,komunikacja rowniez ,maile ,rezerwacje Sniadania wspaniale i codziennie nowe pozycje w ofercie Na tylach sopotorium znajduje sie park z placem zabaw i silownia na swoezym powietrzu Do plazy jest zaledwie 5 minut Jesli Jedna jedyna rzecz ktora pozostawila zadre to palący sąsiedzi,smrodzili co chwile i dym wpadal przez balkon . Pokoje byly dla niepalacych ,jednak na balkonach znajdowaly sie popielniczki. Po zgloszeniu na drugi dzien okazalo sie ze tego wymaga przepis,lecz w hotelu jest zakaz palenia .i trzeba bylo zglosic sprawe od razu .brakuje jasnej informacji w pokoju ,na balkonie ze jest zakaz .

Great sauna and jacuzzi

We really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. The wet sauna has mint in the steam, which is quite special and pleasant. The swimming pool is of good size. The downside is that in the shower in the room, only an all-in-one soap was provided. I find it a very cheap solution to combine shampoo and shower gel.

Fabulous Spa and the best treatment I have ever had 😊👌What I did not like was the hotel alluded dogs,it was a lot of barking and the owners didn't seem to notise, and it was to children friendly, they slammed doors and used the hotel room hallway as an playground at 22 in the evening 😒That kind of Spa and medical senter should be for Adults only when you go to a Spa treatment senter as this you should be able to have some Pease and quiet, so I'll chose a different hotel next time

Bardzo ładny hotel, miła obsługa na recepcji, czysty i wygodny pokój. Super miłe było to ze dostałam lepszy pokój w cenie podstawowego. Sandacz w restauracji smaczny i ładnie podany, dobre wino. Ogolnie ocena 9.5/10, mały minus za lunch box, były tam tylko kanapki, pare owoców, batonik i maly jogurt plus woda, pomimo prośby nie otrzymałam owsianki, nie było kawy a o 6 rano by się przydała ani możliwości zamiany standardowego zestawu na coś zdrowszego. Ale tez nie jest to hotel nastawiony na podróże służbowe.

Nowy i zadbany hotel, pokoje czyste i nowoczesne, basen i sauny zgodnie z opisem, zdecydowanie uprzyjemniły pobyt. Jedzenie w restauracji hotelu bardzo dobre. Hotel umożliwił późniejsze wymeldowanie w dniu wyjazdu bez dodatkowej dopłaty. Lokalizacja super, 3min do plaży, 10min do centrum.
