朝からランニングしている為騒々しい。
建物前の道路が狭い為、対向車、後続車に迷惑顔されながら駐車する。(スペースが狭い為、車庫入れが不便)これらのことが気にならない方は、リピートしてくれるかも?

整體是滿意的，下次會想再入住。
可惜的是早餐非常不合格，僅僅每人2塊切片吐司，性價比低。
工作人員處理事情的方式有待加強，出門一趟回來密碼鎖出問題，用對的密碼進不去房內，第一位工作人員要求密碼錯誤的話5分鐘後重試幾次，時間上不可延遲退房，但距離退房僅剩不到半小時，搞得我們非常著急。好險第二位

104号は縦列駐車になっていて普通自動車だとバックでしか停めれない、前の道が狭く、Uターンしバックで左側からしか入れない。でも慣れれば大丈夫でした。
部屋の中は綺麗。1階にシャワー室のみあり良かった。
1家族9人、犬二匹での宿泊で、ホテル、旅館みたいに顔を合わせることがなく気を使う事がないので良かった。

今回で楽天ビラは3回目だが、いまだにチェックインがスムーズにできない。2回目まではうまくチェックインが出来ずにオペレーターに聞いていたが、今回はうまくできたのでオペレーターに連絡しなかったら20時過ぎに電話がかかってきた。このチェックインの仕方には戸惑う。

Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming.
The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa.

家族を呼んで三世帯で宿泊。目の前に山中湖越の富士山。そして岸には白鳥がいるというローケーション。部屋もきれいだし、三世帯が使用するのに無理は無かった（特にロフトは子供達が喜んだ）ただスタッフが常駐しておらず、テレビ電話での対応のみ。ビールサーバーからビールが出ず、何度もテレビ電話で対応してもらうが、結局解決されなかった。そこだけが唯一の不満点。
