The hotel is in a reasonable location for Stratford station and shopping malls. The room was comfortable - clean with a good shower/bathroom. Breakfast was an adequate buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

I'd go back, but only if the last option!

I get it's a relatively cheap hotel, but so much of wrong. Some staff have a poor attitude to everything and dont want to be there or listen to guests. One evening member of staff excellent but didn't get his name. He should be single out for some praise Food is poor quality - except breakfast which was superb. No one understands the conceit of starter and main. Later arrives as you're eating your (limited choice) of starter! Careful touching the irons - there's an ironing room, not one brought to your room - they leak everywhere and spit limescale crud on your clothes if you try to use steam. Saving grace is cost and location

Couldn’t fault the property or staff at all. Greeted in a very friendly manner and the check in process was straightforward. The rooms were spotless and all staff were helpful and polite. Wonderful location in Stratford

We travelled from Ireland to attend ABBA Voyage. When we googled the location of the arena we decided to make Stratford our base and hotel IBIS our accommodation preference. From the moment we entered the hotel we found a very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff especially the gent that booked us in. We had a wonderful experience in the hotel and hopefully we will return in the future .

Underpowered air con and TV that turned on automat

Noisy neighbours, TV that turned on itself several times during the night and air con that didn’t cool the room.. Given the cost of this hotel, I should have kicked up a fuss and asked for a refund but I was too tired when I left.
