Ibis Styles hotels do not disappoint. Staff was helpful, amenities were good, room was clean and comfortable, shuttle buses from Paris CDG airport are very convenient to get to and from there. This was my second time staying in an Ibis Styles during my trip, and both times were great. Will definitely consider again for my next trip flying from Paris!

Very basic hotel but served our purpose

We just needed a place to stay for one night before heading to the airport. The hotel was accessible for us by the city bus on route 32 from the train station which was convenient and there was a shuttle available the next morning to take us to the airport. The staff were very friendly and check in/out was easy. The restaurant at the hotel was very helpful and not too expensive. The breakfast which was included in the morning was convenient however not much selection. The hotel room was very small however that is to be expected in France. It was nice that we had 3 single beds for my family of 3. The sheets however were stained and the bathroom was clean however showing a lot of wear.

A comfortable stay

Just a stay when my flight was cancelled due to a typhoon at the destination. The receptionists are helpful, informative and friendly. Nice breakfast, enough to last to dinner. A microwave by the elevator is useful to heat up food in the cold winter. Also all day free coffee and tea provided is nice

Very decent hotel close to CDG. Clean, comfortable and good restaurant and breakfast. If you miss the shuttle, public transport (bus 9502) can be taken from T3 and drops you very close to the hotel (first stop from T3).

The service was quite poor. We waited an hour to check-in at 11pm. The room key system was down resulting in long wait lines to get into our actual rooms as access could only be granted to our doors by employees. In addition to this the service was incredibly unfriendly, unforgiving and un helpful. The stay was not valued at the price paid.

This is a great airport hotel. It does the job. Free breakfast, airport bus at front of hotel, and friendly staff. Clean rooms. The single beds are very small, pretty much suitable only for children. I would not recommend sharing a standard room with two single beds with another adult as both the beds and the room are small. Perfectly adequate however for an overnight before or after a flight. Breakfast is more than adequate and included. Staff were all very lovely. It is an older hotel and the lifts are small and slow so there is congestion at peak checkin and checkout times.

The hotel is okay, it is clean, the breakfast is nice and generally speaking I don't have any complain. HOWEVER, this is NOT the hotel next to the airport. This was not the first time I sleep at CDG because a delay/canceled flight and I booked thinking this was the Ibis next to the airport shuttle between terminal 3 and 2. Beware because this is on the extreme opposite of the airport complex. If you don't have a car, you need to take a bus (literally a bus, there is no shuttle van) at la Navette, at the terminal 2 almost in front of the TSA of gates C and D. The bus would not charge you if you show them your reservation number. The hotel is ok, but if you look the most convenient option, book for the IBIS CDG which is next to the IBIS STYLES, at the east of the airport. Its the same price.
