The internet didn't work, making it difficult to stay connected for work or personal use, and the staff were not friendly, which added to the frustration and made seeking assistance feel unwelcoming. My key card failed multiple times, requiring trips to reception. The heating unit was broken and I had to switch rooms, adding to the inconvenience. The rooms were cramped, and the beds uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and good service.

Hot, Noisy and smokers outside.

Had a first floor room, not overlooking the Railway line, unfortunately we had the main road. No problem keep the windows shut. But we couldn't as the room was far too hot. So windows open and the smokers stood underneath all hours smoking, which filled the room with cigarette and pipe smoke. So why not put on the air conditioning, simply it didn't work. Didn't bother mentioning to the hotel front desk staff, what could they do about it? Possibly move us to another hot noisy room.
