Room needed a lot of work. Smell was not good, walls had minor damage, toilet had an attachment on it not kid friendly. Broken window, blinds were severely damaged. Tv didn’t work brought in small tv to replace. Not ready on check it. Not all the outlets worked, the chairs outside were damaged. There was a collection of 8 used mattresses outside in sight. The mattresses in the room were not comfortable and one was as stiff as a bench. Staff was really friendly though and I hate to put such a poor review because she was so nice but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Few issues with bathroom the tap on the sink is broken. There are issues the toilet shutting off after use. THERE ARE NO HANGERS TO HANG UP CLOTHES AND THERE IS TO STOPPER FOR THE TUB

lawn well manicured air conditioner it worked but was absolutely hanging with dirt inside furniture fifthly picture window fifthly bed was perfect-refrigerator good had alot problems with tv-he got mad because i was bothering him-the remote was good except it would not let me select a channel-GOOD THING I HAD TUBI

No hangers or hooks to hang up coats or clothing. The room was cold and the heater did not work. The microwave did not work and there weren't any restaurants except Tim Hortons close by.

this is a bottom end stay over place , would never stay here if a woman was with me, No garbage can in room, no lamp ( except ceiling light). Just an over all grubby feeling to the place. would not stay there again.

We had to wait for the office staff to return to check us in. They did not have any of my information on hand- I had to write out everything and tell them how much I paid at which point they became more service-oriented/ polite. We were given some extra towels and assigned a room close to the office because the wi-fi further away wasn't good. The people in the room next to us were friendly but were smoking pot the whole time- and with thin walls the scent was high. No safety lock on the inside of the suite door, which in this neighbourhood we felt was definitely needed. A good thing we brought our own bed sheets and disinfectant wipes for every high touch surface including the fridge. It was really hot and humid and it took us a while to figure out how to get the room cooled using the small window air conditioner. Definitely over priced for what it was. $70-90/night would be a more reasonable range.

Not a fan of this place. Had to wait to check in as nobody was on site. No deadbolt on the doors, only the knob latch. A/C wasn’t working, and after the second night I left one day early since I was bitten by spiders. No refund was given for the unused night, and very poor communication with the staff and Expedia. I had to book another hotel for the last night. I’m also not a picky traveller…and would be ok with a very simple motel. I knew this would be no bells and whistles, but didn’t expect these issues and didn’t expect Expedia not to help.

Clean, but nothing special. Comfortable bed, friendly service for check in. Cable didn't work, forgot to ask for the wifi password so couldn't access, but not a big deal. Sufficient for a place to sleep. Fridge and microwave were great.

The property is located in a busy commercial area, many choices for food and other services. Only hitch was weak intermittent wifi access - a couple of attempts to remedy this were unsuccessful. Friendly and personal service to get checked-in, clean spartan rooms.

Very dirty, stains on comfoter and chair and ottoman. Shower curtain had black marks on it I couldn't use the shower. AC unit was covered in thick Brown dust, luckily I had my own pillows and comfoter I put theirs on the floor.

Conveniently located of the 401. This motel is very outdated. Lots of signs of wear and tear, lack of proper deep cleaning and dirty linen. Fairly affordable if you don't mind turning a blind eye to a motel that still resembles what it looks like when it was first built.

Can tell the londlords are basically absentee. Waited over a half an hour for them to show up for me to register😝Struggles with the tv. Air conditioner was not on. Mold on shower curtain. Tub was not very clean. Property is really showing its age. Was not happy
