10/10 Exceptional

We had a very brief stay here, just overnight. It was dark when we arrived, and dark when we left early in the morning. I was looking for a stay in an antique room, and that is exactly what we got. The building is old but sound, and cozy. Would stay here again if we could stay longer.
Mark, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely stay in a charming manor. Well maintained grounds and good breakfast buffet for full English breakfast or cereal and juices. We stayed in the Epsom and another suite that were separate to the main manor. Both were well appointed and charming. The only negative was one of the rooms was not made up on our 2nd day, and we ran out of shampoo and toilet roll! The bar staff were excellent and amazingly accommodating. Very happy with our stay!

Nice peaceful place to stay and unwind

I stayed on business recently and this was an amazing place to stay. The drive in is nice and then to be greeting by the reception building was breath taking. The reception team couldn’t have been more helpful and even brought me to my room and showed me around. Couldn’t have asked for more and thinking of coming back with the family!

10/10 Exceptional

Langshott Manor is a hidden gem. We stayed at the property based on its proximity to Gatwick Airport, however the hotel is a lovely destination in its own right. Our room was charming, the restaurant was exceptional, the grounds were beautiful and best of all the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay at Langshott again if we are in the area. J&K from Tampa, Florida.

8/10 Very good

So much character and beautiful grounds. Of course with this much history, you get the unpredictable level of temperature control on historic English water fixtures. :-)

What a lovely old place! I love history and this fits perfect. We were greeted by 2 lovely, young ladies. I would highly recommend this to history buffs but not people who want luxury.
Teri, 1-night trip

Lovely Tudor Manor and Grounds

This is a lovely, picturesque place. Unfortunately, we were there during record heat wave and they don't have air-conditioning. Zoe and her colleague did all they possibly could to make us comfortable - so, kudos there. Lunch there at Mulberry restaurant was pretty awful service and food but dinner and breakfast were much better.
Lynne, 1-night trip

Dont Bid to Upgrade

I bid for a room upgrade which i won and was really disappointed that the room we had was exactly the same as we had in November without paying for an upgrade. Paint peeling of the walls, lights out in the bathroom. Such a shame to rip you off like this as it is a nice hotel.

Breakfast disappointing- Full English -(1sausge 1 bacon overcooked mushroom & reheated beans) Eggs benedict- sauce split. Paid £179 per night for 2 days Extended another night through you, as they would not match our original price from them. Price from you without breakfast £151.20

What a great place. The wife loved it. The food.... oh god... the Foooodddd. Wife loved her vegan Cauliflower dish. I had the fish. Utterly fantastic. The wine was brilliant. Now too the Staff. Who are wonderful. They made her night. The building. Old and well restored. ( I snag new builds for a living. ) But the job done was very good. Few niggles, but thats just.. job eyes. You want a lovely stay in an old Manor House? Well this is the one I'd go to again. Thank you Girls n Guys for making the wifes stay brilliant.

Bad experience with management
Michael, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Idyllic location. Poor food & service quality.

Very nice and clean rooms. The venue is amazing. Perfect for a romantic escape. Unfortunately, the day service was terrible. Terrible buffet breakfast, not even worth a 3 star hotel. Very strange considering that other hotels of the group offer a fantastic breakfast à la carte. Obvious lack of staff. Very poor management. It is a pity considering the price we paid. Cannot decently be member of the Small Luxury Hotel.
