The hotel is lovely and most of the employees were extremely helpful and kind. We did find the restaurant and bar employees were less helpful, and less attentive. My biggest issue with the hotel, was the "cleaning" of our rooms each day. It appeared the bare minimum was done, which was to make the beds and bring fresh towels...bathrooms were not cleaned.

Great location near bars and restaurants, however, area is extremely filthy and smells like urine due to the proximity of the hotel to Temple Bar area. Additionally, there is no close self parking and if you use google maps for driving, it takes you to the Hard Rock hotel not the Westin and there is no direct or easy way to reroute. The front staff of the Westin is well aware of the google map GPS error but no urgent action has been taken to correct. You must use the valet option to park car at 30 pounds. Inside the room, the main bathroom sink was clogged and very limited late night dining options after 11 pm inside the hotel and around the area as the area turns into a homogeneous open bar. Would not recommend.

Great hotel and fabulous experience. Great service, very clean and would be a 5 star rating of AC worked as normal. AC would not cool well and it made the room muggy and tough to sleep. Otherwise all else as expected and enjoyable stay.

We found this property wonderful, the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable, the staff are top notch, the Afternoon tea was amazing. it was an excellent location, in the centre of everything, steps from Temple Bar, Grafton Street Shopping, River Liffey, right next door to Trinity College and The Book of Kells. Something that was super amazing at this hotel is that the rooms have varied outlets for different plugs (EU, UK and US) and plugs didn't fallout with using converter. Large bathrooms and great mini bar options and teas. Very friendly staff, beautiful property.
