The place is nice, room is clean and well kept, it is very big and has nice bath, bed and closet but is not the best value for money, the room was missing some basic ammenities (like coffee or tea), in the first night i had to move from the room to another room due to faulty driange and for towel to the swimming pool you need to put a deposit.

I paid for a nice room shown in photos at time of booking, but upon arrival i was presented an old out of date well used room, nothing like the photos, Unfortunately our neighbour's were a screaming baby, and a couple who keep on shouting , so we request to move at 11pm The hotel were fantastic and moved us in less than 5 minutes to a deluxe room

We arrived early (cheeky ) and the staff let us check in early which was such a relief after very early morning travelling. Great location, very friendly staff, cannot fault it and if we have to stay in the area again we definitely will book here again

Good location but incredibly thin walls - zero soundproofing. Previous reply from the hotel said they had renewed some of the more expensive rooms - but you shouldn’t have to pay extra for a decent night’s sleep. Undoubtedly this review will warrant the standard ‘cut & paste’ reply

On our journey from northern Spain to Almeria it was great stop off. Secure safe parking. A spacious room with a big bathroom, all immaculate. Staff cheerful and friendly with good English (sorry, I should have better Spanish). On site restaurant very good. the town itself, or the bits we found were quiet. Fantastic pool, safe with a lifeguard. Would recommend.

Hotel is good, but not 4 star good

Was on vacation for Newyear eve and the day after. The restaurant was fully booked, so no food there. And maybe good as weel, as the dinner was crazy expensive, 175 € pr. person. Rooms were okay, but for a 4 star hotel not good enough. - style is very old fashion - bathroom door rotten and swollen up in the bottom. A couple of ceiling tiles were dirty and blackend. To access the gym, you have to get key from receptionist, eventhough it is suppossed to be open from 7-21:30. Equipment is not a 4-star hotel worthy. Surroundings and parking are great. Breakfast was good, one of the better in our Spain trip.

The A/C at this property was not working properly on arrival and all the filters had to be cleaned so that the system could work. The beds are not very comfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

Not a 4 star hotel but Breakfast was a 4 star

Breakfast was excellent but the rooms were not 4 star at all. We had to ask for the kettle in the room which was delivered but was broken on the side. Beds suppose to be double but we got twin beds. Comfort of the rooms was not even close to 3 star hotel

Certainly not a 4* hotel

This is the 3rd stay at this hotel. The previous stays were just like this one. The room we had was badly maintained, cracked floor & wall tiles. The wardrobe was in fact some kind of make shift unit. (See the photo) The shower door was difficult to open. We are slim, anyone who wasn't slim would struggle to actually get in the shower! Breakfast was really disappointing and the actual room for breakfasts is more like a canteen than a facility within a 4* hotel. One particular positive, the staff particularly for breakfast - one man run off his feet trying to keep on top of cleaning up, top up the available food and register clients as they came in for breakfast and still remain professional. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the centre of Elche. The gardens surrounding the hotel are charming as is the pool area. But, this hotel needs a revamp and certainly isn't a 4* hotel.

The Hotel was not very helpful prior to my stay through email or during my stay. I had an early flight so I asked them to book a taxi for me which they said they would do. During checkout I found out that no taxi had been booked for me. I also mentioned that I had cockroaches in my bathroom and there was not even an apology. He just asked if there was anyone else in the room. The service in their restaurant was also extremely slow and walls are thin so you don’t get a good nights sleep if you are on the first floor at least. The plus was the pool.

Beautiful place nice garden and pool area.

Very nice comfortable rooms, only thing there is missing is a hot water boiler. Also make sure not to have a room facing the pool, it can be very noisy at night. Excellent breakfast with everything and more. Perfect dinner, we can highly recommend the 3 course menu. Love to come back.

Amazing hotel perfect for families and couples. Surrended by palms garden close to town center and airport. Very modern and always clean. All staff doing amazing job. Rooms are very up to date however no coffee tea amenities in the room which could be a bonus. Swimming pool good but on the smaller side. Hotel restaurant beautifull looks great at night also a liive music was on once and the band was very talented. Hotel parking extra 6 euro behind hotel. Overall great experience great place to stay and friendly staff.

Impossible de dormir

L'hôtel est très jolie avec une belle piscine et bien situé, l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'à côté dans les chambres du dessus bref on a très mal dormi on y retournera certainement pas, malgré qu'on nous a changé de chambre et qu'on nous ait mis à l'étage l'hôtel reste très mal insonorisé. Les portes qui claque et les gens qui parlent dans les couloirs comme si c'était un camping et ceux jusqu'à 2 voir 3 heure du matin normal, obligé d'aller ce plaindre à la réception. Le personnel est très agréable Par contre.

Great little hideaway

Great hotel and the staff went above and beyond throughout our stay here. The bedroom deco is quirky and the hotel is very clean. We only marked it down a star as we feel more can be done in terms of its entertainment - not after rowdy music etc but the 1.5 hour children pool entertainment in the afternoon can probably be improved - even it meant having activities on land. There was only 1 night of live music - great performer - out of the 5 nights we stayed. We took the half board and dinner was table service with elegant table setting so made the experience very fancy. Dessert can be improved but we feel for the price we paid, it was an amazing stay.
