Hot!

The location was good for us and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Even though it wasn't particularly hot outside the room was very hot (as were the corridors) and as the radiator was on in the shower room (with no way to control it) it was incredibly hot in there.

It´s an old hotel without AC. The room was so warm that it was hard to sleep at night. No room cleaning during the weekend. Parking and breakfast was very good. The personnel was friendly and helpfull.

Overpriced and raggedy

Old, raggedy room with minimal equipment. Too hot to sleep properly because there is no AC, only one loud fan. Toilet was moldy. Breakfast was decently versatile, but unfortunately most food look old; like it was already served yesterday and just reheated. The price and promo pictures paint a totally different picture of the hotel. Definitely not worth the stars nor the price.

Huoneissa jo ajanpatinaa, mutta hinta/laatu kohtasi nyt hyvin. Huoneessa oli mm.jääkaappi ja iltasaunakin kuului hintaan. Lisäksi huone saatiin jo ennen puoltapäivää, siitä erityiskiitokset joustavalle vastaanoton henkilölle! Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, ihan Lahden ydinkeskustan tuntumassa.

Majoituksen plussapuolia ovat ilmainen pysäköinti hallissa, hyvät sängyt ja perustason aamupala. Keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta hotelli oli rauhallinen, vaikka ikkuna oli auki koko yön. Tilat itsessään ovat hyvin perinteiset ja kulumaa on havaittavissa. Helteisellä säällä suurin ongelma oli ilmastoinnin puute. Huone oli kuitenkin siisti, mutta esimerkiksi vaateripustimet eivät enää jaksaneet kannatella takkia.

Perushotelli, liian valoisa kesäyönä

Huoneessa oli vain rikkinäinen läpivalaiseva yksinkertainen verho. Ei sovi Suomen kesän yöpymisiin, huonetta ei saanut pimeäksi eikä edes kunnolla hämäräksi. Vessa oli suht siisti, mutta vessanpöntön lattianreuna näkyi läpi ja vessa oli muutenkin erittäin vanha. Perus yöpymiseen huone sopi ihan ok. Aamiainen ja sijainti oli hyvä. Auton sai hyvin parkkiin, mutta itse parkkihallissa tolpat on hieman huonoissa kohdissa.
