Room full of insects

Would not recommend. The rooms and hotel service were extremely disappointing. Our room was full of insects, cockroaches, and bedbugs. We had booked a triple room, but when we informed the hotel manager about the issue, she was very unkind and unprofessional. She offered us another room that only had one queen bed and a sofa bed, which did not match our original booking. We therefore requested a refund, which the hotel refused. We checked out immediately. To our surprise, other guests had reported the same problems in their reviews. Never book a stay at the Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf!

I always enjoy staying at the mecure Kaarst. Staff are excellent. My only negative comment is that breakfast is way overpriced, including €7:50 for a cup of make-it-yourself coffee.

We hadden verzoek gedaan voor een babybedje voor onze zoon van 10 mnd. en gevraagd als het niet lukt met ons contact op te nemen. Bij aankomst op de hotelkamer stond er een extra bed voor een volwassene. Na 3 keer vragen bij de receptie en ruim 2 uur wachten bleek dat ze alleen nog een kapot babybedje hadden. Zeer slechte communicatie. Verder is het hotel ok. Prima ontbijt.

Viihtyisä ja rahallinen hotelli

Kiva ja rahallinen hotelli lähellä keskustaa Kaarst. Hyvät yhteydet kohteisiin Dusseldorf, Köln jne... Vaikka joiltain osin hotellin ikä oli jo nähtävissä, oli kaikista tiloista ja erityiseti huoneista pidetty hyvää huolta. Viihdyin hotellissa erittäin hyvin.

Fint til kort besøg.

Fint hotel. Tæt på motorvej, virkelig lækker morgenmad! Besøgte det i forbindelse med tur hjem fra Frankrig, så der skulle bare overnattes. Poolen lugtede dog virkelig meget af kloak, og der var ingen dør til dame omklædning, så man kunne se lige ud til badet fra poolen af.. ikke så smart, medmindre man skal gå med badetøj fra hotelværelset af.

Es war alles wunderbar. Ich hätte nur eine kleine Anmerkung. Die Brötchen beim Frühstück empfand ich als ein wenig trocken oder zu hart bzw. Sie schmeckten nicht ganz frisch. Aber vielleicht ist das auch nur meine Empfindung. Ich fand es Aber sehr gut, dass die Zimmer nur auf wunsch gereinigt werden. Dafür gibt es einen Plus Punkt.

Fifty Fifty

Schlafen ist ok. Manager on Duty muss man Glück haben dass er versteht was man möchte. Es wurde wohl das Programm gewechselt, daher funktioniert nicht alles gerade. leider waren im Zimmer ettliche Spinnweben, Silberfischchen und anderes Getier. Bestellung des Zimmerservice hat nicht funktioniert. am Empfang wurde auf die zweite Beschwerde dann sehr freundlich sofort reagiert und Kulanz gezeigt- sehr positiv. Parkplätze gibt es genug. Zimmer sind ruhig. es ist halt auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.
