The property is in a VERY shady part of town in an old abandonded looking strip mall. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. The bbq sign in one of the pics is almost faded completely out showing how OLD the pictures are. The front desk guy REFUSED our service dogs (real ones) and said he didnt want any hair in the rooms. We called expedia, explained, got a refund and a new hotel!

First room they gave me hadnt been cleaned. Then 2nd room i had several brown spots on ceiling like water leaks, there was dried up poop stains under sink in bathroom. So cleaning is horrible at this place. Also toilets are HORRIBLE barely flushes regardless of going 1 or 2. Had to call for maintenance and then several hours later still nothing. Turns out the front desk never even called maintenance. Maintenance guy was fantastic. He came immediately after i called the front desk and complained about no one coming at first. He did his best to fix but toilet still had problems. Also place doesnt look as nice as pics online. VERY run down .

Based on the ratings I expected a different experience. This place overall was in very bad condition. The plaster was peeling off the walls and ceilings from water damage in the bedroom and bathroom. The floor was very sticky and the bed sheets had stains on them. Air conditioner was very old and loud. Couldn’t keep up with the demand. Many people seemed to live in this hotel. Staff was friendly….that was a positive.

Great Deal

The location was good. Restaurants nearby. It was safe and quiet. Please don’t be hesitant because of how the outside looks. My room was GOOD. Large tv. New cabinets and counters. Refrigerator and microwave. I had an updated room and it was clean. I really liked how the room was presented. And it was cheap too. I would definitely stay again.

I express my concern to the front desk clerk about my allergies and needed to get a refund because Google map pictures of the hotel was probably from 10 to 15 years photo and needs to be updated because the hotel is run down and smell.

The room was nice and comfy. We enjoyed that it had a full refrigerator, a sink (with a few cups) , microwave, and a bunch of drawers to put stuff in. The bathroom sink has a bunch of room for things. The shower felt soooo good. It was disappointing that the pool wasn’t open. That’s something i look for when searching for a hotel to stay in. Maybe next time. Other than the pool, the place is enjoyable to be at.
