The grounds are unkept which is sad as it could be nice. The colour of the hotel is different than what’s posted online as well. A very deep clean is required. The kids played hide and seek, under the bed. They pulled out a disgusting amount of bed lint? Dirt anyways. A three day stay and no coffee refills are offered. Yes you say ask for the coffee.....I asked for 2 extra trash liners, an extra roll of toilet paper. Maybe when room service is being done you could be asked what is needed? Just not a very pleasant stay.

Poor hotel with a smell

Friendly welcome and good location, but the hotel is dirty and poorly maintained. The pool has a robot that is there when there are tourists. Breakfast is very small with no real choice, and there are boxes and trash cans next to where you eat. The smell is horrible, the refrigerator is dirty and makes a noise that makes it impossible to sleep, not to mention the air conditioning that hums. The smell of tobacco is everywhere, really unpleasant and disappointing to have paid so much for this service.
