Stayed here for 1 night. Location is perfect with lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Hotel is clean throughout. Room was clean although there was a slight musky smell at times in the room. Heating worked in the room. No toiletries but there were shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower. Breakfast was ok, provided lactose free milk as well. Small selection but enough to get you through the morning. Croissants, scrambled egg bacon, pastries , cereal, some meats and cheese . Staff were friendly. I dont think the rooms are sound proofed as i could hear the room next door late at night. Also people did bang the doors when closing. But it was a nice stay. Very comfortable and clean and safe

I was really surprised of what a nice hotel it was and the service was so amazing. The view was to the castle and the hotel so central. When I booked the room, I didn't noticed that i ess a 4 star-hotel so i was really hapoy when I arrived. I truly recommend it. It’s a clean hotel located conveniently in the old city of Alicante. But, their towels were old and beaten up. They charge €3 for a paper-packaged water with the hotel name on it in the fridge. That kind of water is usually free in any hotels I know. But, what can we expect? It’s a cheap hotel, trying to maximize revenue… Get better and cheaper brand name water from Carrefour across the plaza.
