The rooms was clean and quiet and felt safe. The location was walking distance to the Tsukiji outer fish market and the Mitsukoshi Department store. We only had a brief overnight stay on our way to Kyoto but we enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Thanks Dormy Inn!

The staff here is too nice to be true! They are kind, helpful and extremely polite. The room is so clean and cozy that I didn't want to leave... The hotel has everything that one needs to decompress, even thermal baths in the basement. They are also close to everything, public transportation, bars, restaurants, shopping malls. It's a perfect place and we will be returning in May next year!

Amazing hotel. Amazing onsen. Immaculately clean. Friendly staff. Late night ramen is amazing. Laundry available freely. Second time staying here. Near great transport. Would stay here again. I would say this — it has more Japanese guests than Western, which I love. If you want full tourist support, the desk here is great, but have limited English. For me, that’s a plus. Ask for extra pillows if you don’t like what you get. They offer softer ones and do it with a smile. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Comfortable, clean, peaceful, and secure hotel on the quieter side of Ginza, yet still in easy access of public transportation and points of interest like Tsujiki Market and Kabukiza. The staff are very polite, the facilities have just about all one would need (the free washing machines and coin dryers are very handy, for example), and the breakfast is delicious. Unfortunately I couldn't use the shared onsen due to my prominent tattoos (I fully expected this in Japan though), though it was certainly popular with the other guests and the changing rooms looked very clean when I accessed them for the washing machines. All in all, Dormy Inn is a fantastic hotel for the price.

Enjoyed staying here

Very clean, and everything seemed quite new. Loved the crisp bed sheet and duvet. AC was well working, so despite the boiling, humid weather outside of Tokyo in mid summer, the room was very pleasant. It’s not the most spacious room, but I think it has all the essential parts smartly packed within, and you could open two suitcases at once in it. The couch is not so comfortable but it’s nice to be able to seat and have late night snack there. Shower booth is tiny so I think for those who need more space to shower will find it quite annoying - this could be a minus but I managed to shower so it was fine. I didn’t use it but my boyfriend says the big bath is really clean and nice. The location was good, Higashi Ginza station is about 5 minutes away, Family Mart right in front of it, good restaurants and bars nearby.

Extremely disappointed. Small and crowded onsen

Very disappointed in this property, especially because it had such stellar reviews. The room was very small, extremely cramped for two people. Might’ve been fine for a solo traveler. Can’t really leave a review of the onsen because it was always so busy that we didn’t get to use it whatsoever. It also would’ve been really nice to know about the tattoo policy ahead of time, although the onsens were not staffed, so there were people with tattoos using them I’m sure. The staff was friendly, and the area was close to a subway line. Overall, I would definitely not stay here again. For the amount of money I spent I would’ve hoped to be able to use the amenities and have a little more space also the beds and pillows were extremely hard, but that seems to be the case most places in Tokyo.
