We absolutely loved the hotel and the room we had. Very cozy, great area (excellent restaurants around and close to the Charles bridge but away from the hordes of tourists), and an excellent, spacious room where everything worked. The service was just as good as was breakfast. When we come back to Prague, this will the #1 hotel for consideration.

Great location. Public transportation was steps away. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Location is on the quieter side of town which we liked very much. I think we were supposed to get some VIP benefits (like wine) but we didn’t. Also supposed to get free spa service but only service available was a sauna which we weren’t too interested in. Breakfast was very nice though. Would stay here again.

A lovely hotel with large spacious rooms. It was a bit of a walk to town but Prague is a very walkable place and we appreacted it being about 15 min walk from both the castle and old town in either direction. Staff was friendly and helpful and there was a good selection for breakfast
