Everyone in and around the property are always very nice, respectful and go out of their way to assist you and make sure you are satisfied. I fell in love with St. Lucia from my first visit. This is my 4th visit to the island and my 2nd staying at Bay Gardens. God willing there will be many more visits to this beautiful island staying at Bay Gardens.

First of all I pay doble the amount of money for my stay than my college Eventough we had same room Rooms of the hotels are very old, bed with mattress old and bad smell Food was not of good quality Hotel does not have a restaurant we had to walk to another hotel to take our meals The have a shuttle to the beach but also have to go to the other hotel to get the ride Bathroom old shower difficult because had problems with the faucet it took me at least 5 minutes to get it as desirable temperature In conclusion to not stay there unless do not have the money to get a better hotel

The property needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. At times the water was cold or scorching hot. There were ants all around the bathroom sink and the wall that had the towels hanging. A call was made to request spray, that occurred. Once we returned the spray smell was still in the room hours later. We kept the balcony door open to air out. Overall the staff was very pleasant.
