Good facilities, including room service and easy app streaming on the TV. However, the room had an unpleasant damp smell — I even tried masking it with perfume, but it kept coming through. The socket next to the mirror also didn’t work; thankfully my hair straighteners have a long cable, so I had to use a plug across the room.

I love the village hotel concept... the bar and grills are fab with great atmosphere. The hotels are reasonably priced and the staff always go that extra mile. For the price it was good and couldn’t expect much more. Service was good and friendly. Rooms was not cleaned properly and bed was broken. Air con was loud. Would probably explore other options in future but it was really good location to legoland and price was very good.

Real mix bag. Hotel looks good & modern but fails practically. Bathroom with no extraction, so condensation everywhere. Shower sprays water all over the floor. Really dim lighting in the room, no main light covering most of the room. Hotel bar was full with football fans which isn't great if you're away with work and want to eat/work. Generally poor service for drinks and food. They were busy but just seem chaotic That said. Check-in is quiet efficient, although they charge straight to the reservation card, most places check. Also it does have a great gym

Room was so cosy, swimming and steam/sauna all clean and to temperature. Afterwards we had some superbly cooked pub grub with good service. Breakfast excellent. Thanks for a great stay
