Overall good!

Great location right across the street from the bus stop and a 10-15 minute walk from town center. Front staff is friendly but understaffed. Loved the sauna and hammam! The downside is the rooms are REALLY dark, no washcloths, and no microwave. Overall good but not great!

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The only negative was that our room was reassigned to new guests on our last night so strangers were able to unlock our door and enter our room. This occurred during the early evening while we were in the room so the new guests could tell that it was occupied and walked out immediately. Other than this, the amenities and location were top notch.

Great ski hotel with amazing amenities

Hotel is in a great location next to the central bus station and is also walking distance to downtown Chamonix. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hot tub, steam room, and sauna overlooking Mont Blanc was the best part of the hotel after a long day on the slopes. My only critique would be if you would like a quiet room to book a room facing the Mont Blanc side to not get noise from the bus station. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed staying here with our family!

We had a great stay at the hotels. The location was convenient, next to the bus station and within 14 minutes of many restaurants. The ambience was very relaxed and welcoming and the staff were great, always helpful . There was always good music playing but at 10 everything was quiet so you could enjoy a good night sleep.

Really lovely hotel , nice cosy rooms. Bar area lovely and spa and pool lovely too. Nice to walk into Chamonix and explore , only 10 minutes by foot . Thoroughly enjoyed the stay Breakfast was lovely the only complaint is they didn’t clear the tables so had to sit on a dirty table with the last persons food and drink on every day for 3 days .

This was right off the bus stop from Geneva. The hotel was very nice and offered a great book-end to our Trek around Mont Blanc. We had a room facing the street and it was pretty loud throughout the night. Definitely a must-have earplugs if you are facing the street. The staff were very kind and hospitable.

LOVED this hotel! Right across the street from where our bus from Geneva dropped us. It was so very hip and happening, with pool table, ping pong table, bar, music, sauna, steamroom, bocci, jacuzzi, etc. Close to Aguille de Midi and lots of restaurants, central town, as well as hikes. The only thing is no AC - temperate when we were there, so not a problem, but a consideration if it's warm. Great staff, too - very helpful.

Great location and facility, close to town and midi lift. The weather was warm and the room was stuffy even with the balcony door open. Television was not working on the first night but was repaired the next day. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options but when we arrived at 920 many items were gone and not replaced. Pool and hot tub were nice, but the spa was closed for renovation.
