Great value, very clean and well-appointed room, excellent location as a quick walk to eateries and Britomart etc.
Did wake up smelling food cooking throughout the night as there is a shared kitchen etc, but otherwise excellent.

Place doesn't open till 8.30am so no checking in before if you arrived early. Never told this when asked if we could check in earlier. Very noisey and someone had a party with loud music and heaps of people all night. Bathrooms smelt mouldy if you turned the fan off.
