So I don't leave that many reviews, unless it was superb, and this hotel was superb!!! Everything was clean, staff was so kind and helpful, the food was awesome, and the location was just astounding! Didn't have any issues checking in, getting my car parked, and no complaints on the food. Although the only downfall to our stay was the shower and bath took a moment for the hot water to come on. But overall this was such a pleasant and wonderful stay, I even almost stayed for another night just because how amazing it was!

No sound proof glass, so all the sounds of traffic would be heard even in the bed room area. The ice maker and water from fridge did not work, shower and tub was way smaller than they looked in the photos.

Comfortable, Safe, & Stunning Hotel
The location is phenomenal. It is in a very safe area, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room was incredible. It has exposed concrete to give it a loft feel, the design is rather unique which we loved. All of the fixtures, art, furniture, etc. are upscale. We loved this hotel, definitely going to stay at Twelve hotels again.

Staff was over the top!
Rakeem was welcoming from the second we got there right up until we left making sure everything was in order and to our satisfaction. I didn't catch the lady's name but she was courteous and considerate as well. Our stay was nothing short of fabulous in every aspect.
