Broken air conditioner, a floor that hasn’t been mopped in a long time and it’s right above a club so your whole room shakes at night. On the other hand, Staff was friendly, especially to someone with poor Spanish. And it’s in a decent location.

LC hotel

We slept the first night in a different room that we paid for, it had two individual bed put together, meaning you could fall in the middle of the two beds bc the split apart. It happened multiple times over the first night. We came down the next morning and they placed us in the room that we actually paid for. Unfortunately the toilet had a leak so every time you went to the bathroom you need to open the water so it could fill the tank.. flush and the close it. It had a blue bucket next to the toilet so the leak didn’t go on the floor.

Good value budget hotel

Location good for night life (not great for peace & quiet) lots of restaurants and bars close by. Staff cheerful and friendly. Daily housekeeping very good. Room clean, beds comfy, bathroom small but functional. Some minor gripes (bathroom door not closing 100%, window shutters tempermental, etc.) but didn't bother reporting them. Overall, a good value budget hotel. If I'd wanted better, I'd have paid more!

Good for party, not for sleeping

The hotel is in a very central, busy and noisy location. The room is small and the stuff is not the most friendly, mostly because of the luck of English, I guess. The area is very noisy at night, clubs and bars play loud music until 4am.

Awful place . I wouldn’t call it a hotel . Very basic . 1st room I was offered stank of smoke . Next offering was a little better but fixtures in the bathroom were either rusty or not working . Duvet had cigarette burns and blood . The area is very noisy internally and externally , no soundproofing between rooms , doors constantly slamming and furniture scraped across floors . The area is a major entertainment area and the club next door plays loud music until the early hours , if you like sleeping in a disco then you will be fine . There are better “ hotels “ in Alicante , I would avoid this

Fantastic location for the city, restaurants and cafes all around. Great front desk staff who are always willing to help and advise. A pity that there is no in-house dining, but there is a lovely cafe ("10") directly outside, great staff and extremely friendly. The room, very spacious with comfortable twin beds, good supportive mattresses. Good air-conditioning, mini fridge, coffee machine. Wifi performs well. I had two phones and a laptop running simultaneously. Price/quality performance unbeatable. I will be back there again this year

Central but disappointing

Great location but unfortunately this means lots of noise of a nighttime from a local bar/club Reception guy was really nice and check in was efficient The lift to the room is very small I just about fitted in with my suitcase and one bag Room was really clean soundproofing very poor and whenever somebody next door left their apartment there was a huge bang which made the whole of my apartment shake as all the doors are attached to a single long partition wall Bathroom was very poor with no shower door, the rain shower itself had come away from the wall and because there was no shower door the water went all over the bathroom making it dangerously slippy every time I took a shower. The toilet seat was loose and eventually came off all together in my hand Bed was comfortable and room was very clean the hotel has a lot of potential but better soundproofing, maintenance and general upkeep sorely needed Also the amenities on the site said water and coffee provided although there was a fridge and a coffee machine there none of this was provided

Inget hotell att rekomendera .

Bilderna från hotellet stämde ej in fråm hemsidan. Hotellet var smutsigt, ac fungerade inte alltid , problem med varmvatten , strömmen gock vid glera tillfällen. Kylakåpet fungerade ej. Droppade vatten på golvet från ac.

Ända positiva var att de var nära stranden och nattliv. Men resten var dåligt, ingen hjälp eller kompensation för trasig AC, trasig minikyl, kackerlackor i badrummet och svartmögel i duschen, trasiga lister, ingen städning förutom att bädda men inte bädda rent, dammsuga eller moppa. Hårda och platta kuddar, hård säng, och allmänt ofräscht. Svarta hårstrån i sängen och runt om i rummet uppkom även varje dag (båda som bodde där är blondiner)

Bra nok for prisen

Det er rett i sentrum noe som er bra fordi man kan gå over alt, samtidig så betyr det også at det er rett over alle barer og klubber, så det er mye lyst frem til veldig seint på natta. I tilleg romene er ikke lydisolerte i det hele tatt, jeg kunne høre alle naboene. Alt i alt det er ganske god for prisen (i den sone) litt avhengig av hva slags ferie du ønsker. Ville ikke anbefale å reise med barn.

Réclamation et insatisfaction

À notre arrivés nous avons découvert une chambre salle avec un robinet cassé une vasque bouchée, une vmc cassée et salle … pour terminer nous avions deux lits simples au lieu d’un lit double pour notre voyage en amoureux ! Nous n’avons pas pu changer de chambre avant le lendemain . Notre séjour s’est terminé dans une chambre avec un lit double mais malheureusement l’état ainsi que l’hygiène n’étaient pas au rendez vous ! Nous sommes totalement insatisfait et attendons une compensation financière ou un sacrer geste commercial ! Le personnel de l’hôtel étaient heureusement sympathique …
