A wonderful hotel within walking distance to beautiful Navigli district - an easy cab ride also to the old town (which is over crowded). The hotel is a piece of art itself, has wonderful breakfast, great customer service and staff. Would recommend especially if you have a family - rooms are big and well set up.

Really modern, clean and spacious hotel. artwork and displays, furnishings and spaces around the hotel were lovely and some amazing decoration. Room was fantastic and breakfast was awesome. Everything about this place was great. The decor was very chic and unique - coming from 2 5 star places, I truly enjoyed this as well. Staff was super adjusting. There was a super cool party downstairs one day. Rooms are HUGE, and ceilings were very very high. Walk from the hotel to Genova train station for hustle bustle and life. The only downside was station was a kms of walk. Our family has older kids so we were not as bothered. Overall very happy with everything.

Excellent stylish hotel! Great rooms, great gym, good service. Location is not bad although this is about 15-20min walk from the great Navigli night area. The only issue is with the parking....the hotel has only 26 places and it is not central.....while they have a at least 20 more places "reserved" either for stylish chairs or for VIPs.....they better declare No Parking....

We did enjoy our stay in the hotel, the staff was friendly and responded well to the little issue we experienced when first entering our room. The design of the hotel was unique and inspiring our visit of Milano. The breakfast was amazing. Just the roof terrace was a place where we did feel a bit out of place and had expected something else. We would definitely recommend the hotel and location and would come again.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht

Die angepriesene "wow experience" war da, leider aber sehr negativ. Das an sich tolle Interior von Matteo Thun ist leider schlecht unterhalten und in die Jahre gekommen: Defekte Lüftung/Klima, Lotterie bei der Findung der Duschtemperatur, bei Ankunft leere Hoteldusch- und Shampooflaschen. Sauberkeit liess sehr zu wünschen übrig, eine Grundreinigung wäre längst fällig. Die Bettdecken erinnern an Jugendherbergen, die Bettlaken hatten sogar Löcher. Der Poolbereich ist sehr hip gestaltet, leider war er geschlossen, obwohl er nach Timetable geöffnet sein sollte. Bei einem Zimmerpreis für ein Triple von EUR 500 empfinden wir die Kosten für die Benützung des Schwimmbades von EUR 180 pro Tag (3Personen) als Abzocke (vor allem, da dies auf der Buchungsplattform gut versteckt wird). Für die Abendreception würden wir Minussterne geben. Alles in Allem das Schlechteste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, welches wir in einem Hotel je erlebt haben.
