Hotel Stay

The stay was not the best. Here were the following issues that occurred during our stay: 1. We checked in 50 minutes after the check-in time (3:00 p.m.) and we waited nearly 50 minutes until we received a room. This was after we checked with the receptionist multiple times. There was an event we were supposed to attend by 5:00 p.m., and we were late for it. Also the room was subpar compared to what we have had in the past. It was quite outdated. 2. Later in the evening, I ordered food and when it was time to pay, the hotel said that I could not apply it to my room. This was an issue since I had no cash at the moment and the card reader for the credit card did not work. After nearly an hour and a half of trying to pay, the owner eventually mentioned I could pay it the following day. 3. When attending breakfast, we were informed that the meal was not complimentary, so as guests we lost 15 minutes proving to members at the hotel that our meal was complimentary. 4. Didn't have Internet for four days, everything took forever to come, my key failed daily even when I kept it away from gadgets, service at front desk was borderline rude save for Promise the lovely lady at Guest Services, the check in is probably the coldest and most detached I'd experienced and coming off an 18hr flight - not nice, and seeing as this is the third time since I started noticing and putting up with the decline at this Hilton, it'll be, my last.
