Over all the room was clean and bug free always a plus. The beds where hard but that a personal preference. We stayed 2 nights and they didn't make up the bedding or replace the towels. So if you would like these things done you just need to ask at desk. But it was comfortable enough and the staff were friendly.

The room wasn’t bad. The unit is a bit dated but it was clean and beds were typical hotel beds. My complaint is they do have some long term visitors and they were loud until about 2 am.

I booked this motel through Hotels.com for a short visit to see my child who attends a nearby university, and I’ve never been more horrified by a lodging experience in my life. From the moment I arrived, the room was absolutely filthy — dirt caked into the floors, stained bed linens, and grime coating the walls. The smell inside was unbearable — a pungent mix of marijuana and curry that hit you the second you opened the door. To make matters worse, I found stink bugs crawling up the walls. It was truly revolting. The so-called “bed” was hard as a rock — I might as well have slept on the floor (if it weren’t covered in filth). As if the room itself wasn’t bad enough, trucks in the parking lot were revving their engines at 2 AM, making it impossible to get any sleep. What really pushed this experience over the edge was the appalling behavior of the office manager, PK. He called me at 10 PM the night before check-in, threatening to cancel my reservation because he “couldn’t run the card” — despite my Hotels.com booking clearly stating Pay at Check-In. When I tried to explain this, he became rude, disrespectful, and downright offensive. He told me, “You too poor,” and said he didn’t want “drug addicted people” staying at his motel. This was completely uncalled for and beyond unprofessional. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that — especially when the booking terms were being followed correctly. This motel is an absolute disgrace — dirty, noisy, and run by someone

Motel

Not so good. We get there and the man at the desk was rude and short with us, there were several other people staying at the motel that were outside yelling. Our room was not clean, shower had an open bar of soap. Sheets and blankets had stains on them. The room was about 85 degrees when we walked in. On the second floor, I felt like I was going to fall through the floor walking to my room. I would not recommend this motel.

Don’t waist your money

No one at the front desk when arriving. Sign says wait 2 minutes then pick up phone and ask for help. Had to ask for help getting into the room. Front desk says they need to replace the battery for the door. Never did replace the battery and had to have them open when trying to enter the room.

Check in time is 4pm (standard). At 4:40 I receive a phone call from the desk clerk/maid wondering where I was!? The room was very dimly lit and very dirty! The microwave was dirty inside and out. The walls had food and coffee splash on them. The baseboards were very dirty, and the floor…. Just from walking from the bed to the bathroom my feet looked like I walked around outside barefooted all day. The most concerning was the ice machine! It was rusty! The ice was all clumped together, there wasn’t an ice scoop and the ice had black spots all over it! Rust/dirt?? While leaving, the desk clerk/maid was going around room to room with a Walmart shopping cart stripping the beds! And from the looks of my room I think that’s all the cleaning that is done!

Terrible

Very run down. Did not get price that was on kayak. Beds no box springs on metal frams. Bathroom tun not cleaned dirty towels in bathroom door. Heater no control had to shut off when to hot turn it on when it got cold manually. Do not stay there. And the inability to get ahold of hotel .com to dispute price cause all my emails were eraced so i had nothing to compare to. So i will not use your site again or the motel
