The property is run impeccably with friendly, first rate service. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great views. The breakfast buffet had a very large selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was happy to accommodate our requests and help out whenever possible. Overall a great experience and would stay here again!

Very nice hotel close to many entertainment dining options. Walkable to the Metro. Next to Lan Kwai Long nightlife district and across the bridge from many music bars and restaurants. The concierge Tyler Wang was very helpful.

The best part of this hotel was its friendly and professional staff. The facilities like the Gym and the Spa were our personal favorite. Excellent location. The breakfast was also really amazing. Would highly, highly recommend.

The property is run impeccably with friendly, first rate service. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great views. The breakfast buffet had a very large selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was happy to accommodate our requests and help out whenever possible. Overall a great experience and would stay here again!

We checked in twice this week by Front Desk Yvonne Liu - she provided exceptional service and prioritizes customer. Bellman Ma also exceptional service attentive and helpful. Overall pleasant stay with staff and service. Would have appreciated clean windows to view the garden view clearly.

We checked in twice this week with Front desk Yvonne Liu. Exceptional service by prioritizing customer. Bellman Ma exceptional service as well attentive and helpful. It was a pleasant stay with staff and service. We stayed at garden view room and would have appreciated the windows to be clean to enjoy the view clearly.

酒店地點佳但設施殘舊
酒店多年前出差住過, 今次是家庭旅遊. 今次覺得酒店設施較殘舊, 如本想燒開水, 但好幾個插座都是壞的, 結果要換房; 另外是要房務部提供一些物品, 也要等很久; 酒店地點是非常佳, 這是毫無異議的, 但在眾多新酒店的競爭下, 翻新看來是有需要的.
