We found this to be surprising nice hotel. Great location near to Church St and the waterfront. The bar was busy, and even had live Jazz. The views or the lake at sunset are amazing.

Great location in downtown Burlington. The sunset view from the bar area is fantastic. The lobby/bar area was very nice and apparently fairly popular, with a friendly vibe. A very easy walk to Church street as well as the waterfront. As a sidebar, we didn't have trouble finding street parking.
