This doesn’t look or feel like a 4 star hotel. It was OK for the price we paid, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, service was excellent. It’s in a quiet part of Venice, great for a good night’s sleep, but you’ll have to walk a while to get to the tourist hot spots, or take the vaporetto, which is part of the experience but may bother you if you’re in a hurry. Some good restaurant options nearby though. Our room was very warm, and we couldn’t get the temperature down; for some reason the bathroom’s heated floor was always on. Facilities were a bit dated; everything worked but it wasn’t up to 4-star standards. Overall still a good choice, just don’t think you’re getting a luxury experience.

This place was wonderful! Close to the train and bus stations, extremely friendly staff, breakfast included (which is not common for Italy), pretty decor, and well maintained. It’s in a quieter area of Venice which we enjoyed, but it’s so walkable and close to all the major sites! Will definitely stay there again!!

This property was close to the train station and water taxi station yet was tucked back off the canal in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to uncrowded restaurants making you feel like a local. We had the junior suite and it was the most spacious room we’ve had in Europe. Fun, funky colors and a helpful staff. The bed was a little firm for my liking but after a day of walking around offered a good rest once we got used to it.

O hotel tem uma boa localização. Para chegar na região mais turística você pode caminhar por 10-12 minutos ou usar o transporte público (vaporetto) que possui uma estação bem próxima ao hotel. O quarto era silencioso e a cama foi uma das melhores que já dormimos. O café da manhã é repetitivo, mas atende bem e tem itens saborosos. Gostamos e recomendamos a hospedagem.

Good general location, close to the Venezia Sta Lucia train station. Close to lively night life but just tucked away enough that the street is quiet. Close to a water bus station for travel within the city. Good internet access and accommodations comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was a nice surprise. The only recommendation I have would be that the shower be cleaned better and maybe update to include the ability to use streaming services like Netflix, etc.Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Wonderful one night stay! We loved the area, there were many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and it was outside of the most touristy areas. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, the room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. The staff was very nice.
