Very Clean, Very Comfortable and Nice Staff.

Overall an excellent place to stay. Restaurant is limited mostly to Indian food (which is fine) which gives you little variety. That is easly resolved by crossing the street to the sister property the Oakwood Suites, which has a large restaurant with many different items. Breakfast at Oakwood Residence was ok, limitred, but did have eggs made to order. I CAN RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

We've booked two connected rooms for 9 days. The staffs at the counter were very courteous and helpful, particularly a lady who arranged our room upgrade. One minor error was the house keeper failed to put teabags in the pentry except the first day😁. Overall we have a pleasant stay here.

Always excellent!

I often stay at Oakwood Rsidence for its proximity to restaurants, shopping, and BTS (Phrom Pong). The hotel staff is always attentive and helpful. The hotel is a bit older but still maintained well and the gym is excellent. The only change I would make, and this goes for most all hotels, is to be more environmentally friendly by giving choice to keep towels for more than one use and anything that could be done to lower plastic waste and encourage recycling (although not certain if Bangkok provides the type of infrastructure necessary to support recycling programs).

The sink in the washroom is flooded, the water goes very slow, can't even finish brushing the teeth purpose or water will be flowing out of the sink! Good Property Can Highly Recommend.

Very Nice Property. Nice Staff, though some do not speak much English. Hotel very clean. FAST Elevators how nice. Breakfast options though limited were ok with eggs made to order. However, the restaurant is very limited for lunch or dinner mostly Indian food (which is fine) but not much else. The Sister Property across the street "Oakwood Suites" has a bigger much more varied restaurant. Location of this property is excellent. With nice shopping center and pharmacies 200 yds. away. Large stocked 7/11 about 50 yds. away. BTS Metro Station about 200 yds. away. This is a safe area to stay at, just the traffic at times is horrible to cross the street but everywhere in Bangkok is the same. If I return to Bangkok I will stay here again.
