The most welcoming place I've ever been to, with lovely people who are also very helpful with travel suggestions and services like ticket booking. Also highly recommended are the city tours, which are truly the best tours and environments ever. I strongly suggest it.

I got sick during my stay in Bali, and the staff called and helped get a doctor to my room, as well as they offered me a free meal and checked in on me to make sure I was feeling better. They "lost" the reservation after sending a confirmation, said they didn't have a room available. This was the middle of the night, so agreed to go to their sister location three blocks away. No sheet set, no AC, no toilet paper. Will be filling a claim with Expedia to get our money back. Really horrible experience.
