Up and down. Spacious room, good outlook. Super shared kitchen. TV had only two channels and no volume. Heating, but a bit inadequate, chilly night. Reception messy, too much paraphernalia. Lovely old building.

Lovely stay, very clean and at a quiet side street. Very friendly staff. I was surprised with an upgrade. The massage chair is a nice treat after long days of hiking.

Was quite an amazing find! The place is at a walkable distance from the town centre as well as the echo point. I had a very quiet and peaceful stay there. The staff were very helpful and polite. Definitely gonna recommend it to anyone visiting the blue mountains!

Beautiful old building

It was a lovely old building unfortunately it had no air conditioning and it was quite hot. The bedroom was small and taken up with bed and massage chair so no where really to sit.

This was not what was expected for a getaway..No TV, NO fridge, Rock hard bed, Poor breakfast choice, freshly painted so our eyes were stinging. Totally minimalistic The staff were friendly and it seems that they have only recently taken over the facility, but there is a way to go if they want regular customers. It is more like a backpackers! Pity that it spoiled what was to be a "weekend away"

Okay for one a night crash

This hotel is one step up from a back packers hostel or caravan park. That said, it was clean and quiet. The tiny room also featured a huge massage chair that probably should have been in the common room. The shared toilets and shower feature was a disappointing surprise, although the shower was a huge capsule that was beamed down from the star ship enterprise. No hand washing facilities after using the toilet, however there was a sink in the room. Wong be returning to this hotel again.

The place is basic but clean and sufficient for a comfortable for the stay. We had a massage chair in our bedroom which worked as a miracle on our muscles after tiring hikes! We also had a personal electric heater in our bedroom. The staff were very helpful and let us leave luggage in their store room on the arrival and departure days. Our stay was pleasant and very cost-effective.

For the price, the facilities were very poor. It was very expensive for a room with shared bathroom. There was no TV, fridge, mirror or a night lamp. No proper shower items. We could hear loud steps when someone would walk in the corridor, didn't get a good sleep throughout the night. The room felt empty with just a massage chair and heater. Did not meet our expectations.
