I liked that it was affordable for a monthly rate. But when my bathtub hot water knob broke staff was not available to fix.i am a 3rd shift worker and it happened on my day off at 1 am and still at 6 am no staff to help.

Yuck.

I pulled up to the place and I didn't even check in. It looked like some place old hookers go to die. The area Was sketchy and there were bars on the windows. Unless you're packing heat and tactical gear I would steer clear. I think I got crabs just from driving through the parking lot.

Oh the stay was lovely! I was looking for a cheap hotel with amenities and this one did not dissapoint. Plus the staff was very helpful to my friend when she went to the front desk to ask for more towels and she didnt understand english very well. Would definetely be going back!

Has been a great stay very awesome enjoy most of the staff had trouble with AC the young guy never helped but rest of staff turned out to super awesome nice a respectful very hard to find now days very much enjoyable stay would recommend this place a thousand times. Thank you so much!

Good place to stay.

No frills, but if you like clean, comfortable, and quiet, this is the place. Bed was very comfortable, with white and silky linens. Microwave and mini refrigerator in room. Plenty of soft lighting, and the room had a very subtle clean smell. No trouble communicating with the congenial staff. Would happily stay again.

When I arrived at the hotel its appearance was terribly run down. There were 2 beds sitting in the parking lot which was so difficult to drive through because of its poor condition. The desk staff spoke no english and tried to utilize a translation method on their phone which was not accurate. I had reserved a room with 2 double beds. Upon check in I was told they only had a king room with 1 bed. This would not work for me as I had myself and 2 daughters with me. They then sent me to another hotel several miles away and further from my needed destination promising the same rate. Upon arriving there the front desk clerk knew nothing about me coming. Luckily she did honor the rate. The room at the new hotel The Hutchibell smelled clean when we walked in, despite the run down and dirty hallway carpets. The bathtub and toilet water ran all night with no way pf stopping it. The tv and remote were not working well. It was a one night stay for state fair so my girls and I slept and left early in the morning. We did find 1 cockroach in the room. Half way home my faughter discovered she uad left her favorite stuffed animal in the room. I called and they insisted I was in a different room than I had stated and said I have to call back tomorrow to see if housekeeping found it or not. Meanwhile I have a very upset child. So now I have ordered a nee stuffed animal for her and wonder if calling would even be worth it tomorrow being the 2nd day after checkout.

Small town feel and great manager. The price is very fair. I didn't realize there was a microwave and small fridge or I would have brought drinks and leftovers from earlier meal (to take to pet). Very nice accommodation.

My room was 115 and there was hella bedbugs and roaches. There was hair all over the bed and in the shower the staff seemed really nice but I couldn't get a hold of them to try and get my refund for the room cause we didn't stay there cause of the bedbugs

Clean, affordable stay

Other reviews I have read refer to a guy named John. This was my second stay there and I saw no John. The lady at the front desk spoke very little English and had me speak into her phone to translate, but she was very courteous. The room was clean. The cable box was actually there on the TV, unlike last time. The only problem we had was the slow drain in the shower.

My flight was in late and didn’t reach the hotel until 11:15 pm. No one answered the phone or let me in. The hotels name wasn’t even Vento as stated on Expedia/Hotels. Com. I had to find another hotel for the night and they refused a refund.
