Very pleasant place

There was a technical problem on my reservation (double booking), but Toftegaarden Guesthouse found me another place nearby where I could stay until a room was available for me. I was allowed, though, to have breakfast at Toftegaarden and use their facilities. Very good breakfast and the person in charge was very nice and helpful.

Stannade en natt i slutet av augusti och beroendet kund varit mer perfekt. En kvarts promenad från tågstationen. Och mysig liten innergård och en otroligt serviceinriktad flexibel värd. Prisvärt som skam och alldeles lagom frukost med. Plus att cyklar finns att hyra och att det fanns bastu (testade den dock inte).

En alldeles fantastisk långweekend på Toftegardens guesthouse 😍 trots orkanen Lilian, skyfall, åska och blixtar. Vår host Henric, son i ägarfamiljen, gav oss god service med mycket omsorg, alltid redo för att bemöta gästernas frågor och ge tips, info om Skagen. Morgenmad med nybakat bröd från bageriet och allt du behöver för en god frukost. Innergård med vackra växter och mycket gemyt. Spa med jacuzzi utomhus och bastu. Booked this place for myself, my husband, and my in laws. Quaint little town with so much personality. The guesthouse was fantastic and comfortable. The owner/caretaker Henrik was super helpful and accommodating. Definitely worth the stay and plan on coming back again in the future

Værten var meget venlig og morgenmaden var fin med nybagte rundstykker, juice, hårdkogt æg, frugt osv. Hyggeligt sted og meget centralt. Desværre stod det ikke tydeligt i værelsesbeskrivelsen, at værelset havde fælles bad og toilet. For at komme til det, skulle vi op ad en meget stejl trappe, som nærmest var umulig for min gamle mor på 88 år. Det burde stå øverst i beskrivelsen af værelset, så man undgår skuffede gæster. Hyggelig gårdhave og masser af plads på gaden til parkering.
