10/10 Exceptional

The gentleman was very kind at check in.
Tessa, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was mostly clean and the surrounding area was quiet. The man who checked me in and out was very helpful and kind! I just needed a place to sleep for the night and it was a good stay for that reason.
Emily, 1-night trip

Good location

Convenient location. Room was better than the exterior of the property led me to believe.
Terry, 1-night trip

Lovely hotel
Anisha, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The Desk manager is absolutely wonderful actually took me to my room and even late at night i realized I left my key in my room and he waited for me and let me in and made sure i had the key! Who does this anymore???? .....This Guy! Thank you! The 3 star rating is because the bed was horrendous for me. This is one of the main features you look for in repeat customer referral!!! Sorry need better bedding!

Elizabeth, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

It has the weirdest bathroom, it’s a single tiled room with a toilet and shower, the pictures on-line are obviously old.
MIKE, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The hotel was very run down, and the beds were very uncomfortable.
Craig, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Area around was very shady. Motel itself was VERY shoddy
Jeffrey, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was OK. One of the issues we had is that the shower and toilet we’re in the same area with no division between them. The hotel was not on the water like they implied in a place that would stay if I had another choice.
Curtis, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Pillows were horrible. Room was okay, outside needs more maintenance.
Gregory, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Basic and adequate

The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Basic, but very adequate for our needs. The shower head was great, but the watt attachment no longer allowed movement so it was just pointing straight down and could not be adjusted. That is the only thing I would recommend getting fixed
1-night trip

6/10 Good

The toilet being in the same area as the shower and sharing tile made it feel dirty and made us not want to use the toilet/shower
Rebecca, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The property managers and staff were friendly and accommodating to our request for late check out. The room was clean but I was a little taken back by the toilet inside the shower. I normally stay at a Hyatt or Marriott but the town is small and the best hotel in town is a Best Western and I would never pay $300 to stay at a Best Western. This was the other option and it was fine! If it was not in a touristy area the rates would have been below 1/2 what we paid. For the area it's the most affordable and it was clean enough, and I didn't feel unsafe!
DaLynn, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This old motel style is in fair condition. I had my doubts when looking around the exterior. The front desk looks like I just entered the Twilight Zone. Terrible landscaping but the room was decent. Old furnitures that has the inevitable stains on them. Liked the walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. So to be fair, this is not the average Hilton standard and it is priced accordingly. I could return.
Rolf, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Not very good
Suchita, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Our room for $160 was extremely dirty. The first thing looked for were bed bugs,..Kids scakeboarding in the driveway. Very thin walls. my neighbors alarm went off a 5am. I thought it was mine. He hit the shooze button for half n hour. Walls paper thin. The women that works the desk was the best.mThe hotel needs to keep her. she was te best.
