The hotel is well located, a short or moderate walk from a number of tourist attractions. There is a convenience store and various restaurants nearby. I appreciated the laundry and the gym and other guests seemed to be enjoying the common area. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Convenient hotel near Chinatown

Located less than 10 mins walk from Petaling Street Chinatown, also less than 10 mins walk to the LRT / MRT station. No issues during my stay, friendly staff and Wi-Fi worked. Room cleaning services not provided daily so do clarify when checking in so you are aware. A gym with a few machines and some weights. Washing machines and dryers on-site, pay at reception for token (around MYR 22), washing liquid included. My first stay at this hotel and I was happy with it.

Rooms are well-appointed with filtered water, in-room soap, shampoo, body wash, and lotion, with additional toiletries available at the front desk. Thoughtfully maintained and welcoming, it’s a perfect base for a convenient and relaxing stay.

Great hotel. Big room which was immaculate. Great friendly service, comfortable bed, great shower (important because can have weak showers). The location was excellent too, walking distance from Eco park & China town. Food options available minutes away & close to train station. Laundry facilities were excellent. This was our favourite stay in 2 months of travel.

Not as good as it could be

We were really looking forward to our stay here, our fourth stay in KL but it was by far the worst of the four. The quality and cleanliness of the room, bathroom and bed were good but that was where it ended. The breakfast was terrible, in theory you are given four options (all seem to be very small) but not all these are available (“we do not have”). You are only allowed one drink so for instance you can’t have coffee and juice, you have to choose between these. The listing said there were cable TV channels, there weren’t any and no apps such as Astro,Netflix, Disney YouTube etc as an alternative (“we do not have”). Fine if you want to watch Malaysian TV but that’s it. And no bottled water as per the listing (“we do not have”). The staff do not seem to care which is strange as there seemed to be hardly any guests in the hotel, you would think they would treat the few they did have a bit better and not deliver the standard “we do not have” response in a “we do not care” manner. Overall a huge disappointment, it claims to be 4* but not in our opinion. There are many hotels in KL in this price bracket, we’d suggest you try one of the alternatives.

Very clean, spot less and new hotel. All perfect including warm and friendly hoteliers. Quiet area, bus stop to Bukit and KLCC just in front of hotel and drop off, Tourist spot and market are walkable in 5 to 10min. Will stay again in this hotel Downside: no convenience store nearby but walkable in 5min, with vending machine and hotel restaurant, no ref in the room but doesnt affect my stay
