They were not willing to refund me for an honest mistake, not realizing that they had only had 1 room available for booking. They could reimbursed me but they didn't. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless your traveling broke.

Hostel with a premium feel

Very comfortable hostel. Pristine clean , quiet and spacious beds. The staff werr very friendly. The WiFi doesn't work very well so consider that if you intend to work. It's definitely a premium hostel and so great if you just want a safe and clean place to stay and aren't bothered about socialising.

The hostel is posh and clean. Hostel staff is really helpful. (Shoutout to Mardie) The location is a bit of a walk though from the MRT station. But, the location is great for nightlife, lots of food places and history.

Very good option for both dorms & privates

Stayed 5 nights in July '25. PROS: Good location,on a quiet road,near a few restaurants,and about 20 mins'walk to/from the Lavender MRT station. You get a card to access lift AND bedroom. I stayed in a private bedroom on the 1st floor(called 2nd floor here),a bit small but clean,excellent mattress & duvet.Air con.Safe box.Sockets with USB ports.Kettle.Wi-fi. Toilets/showers(non en-suite)are great,they are little rooms,once inside you lock the door and you have shower/toilet/sink all for you,without people going in and out.These rooms were clean,too.Shower gel is provided. The reception personnel is overall ok,I liked Nurul & Maggie,they are nice & easy to talk to. A cold water dispenser is provided in the dorms area. There is a spacious seating area by the reception. There are dorms located on the ground floor(called 1st floor here). Luggage storage is available on check-out,located out of sight next to the reception. There's a vending machine in front of the hotel,where you can get much needed cold drinks like teas,coffees,water,etc. CONS: The passport registration on arrival is a bit robotic, it detracts from personal contact. There are no stairs to go to the privates,lift only. Although a kettle is provided in the single rooms,there was no tea/coffee,you have to bring your own.There was no fridge,either. In the bathrooms,the sink spout cannot be moved left of right,ok to wash your hands,but hard to wash your face. The bedroom doors easily slam when closed,making noise.

Decent place to stay for the price, our room a double room and was tiny, but it was clean and the bed was comfy. Room was quiet except when others were moving around the hallways. Bathrooms are down the hallway but are quite clean and spacious. No hand wash or bath mats so floors were a bit wet. Overall a good place to stay and we would stay again!

Dit hotel ligt vlakbij kampong glam in een gezellige wijk. 2 persoonskamer heel netjes, gedeelde badkamer heel netjes met heerlijke regendouche. Service aan de balie super vriendelijk, vooral Michael heeft ons goed geholpen met reserveren van een taxi naar de airport. Wij vonden Singapore geweldig

スルタン寺院まで5分、周辺バス停から主要観光地に直行できます。MRTブギス、ラベンダーから徒歩10分の好立地です。深夜でも対人対応チェックイン、丁寧にファシリを案内くださいます。シャワーが狭い以外は快適でした。就寝中もケアくださり、盗まれそうな場所に靴を置いていたら、フロントで預かってくださっていました。多々シンガポールでドミトリーに泊まりましたが、1番良かったです。

Nice place to stay with an amazing central location. 3 mins walk from Haji lane and Arab street is just around the corner. Checking in was fast, I was able to chat with Charles at the front desk and he was very personable. I stayed in a 6 mixed dorm. It was quiet , clean. Showers and washroom were very clean and well maintained.
